Shout out to Wayne Thomas Chevrolet and their service manager Alan Poole. The torque converter on my truck failed prematurely but it was just outside of the warranty. He reached out to Chevrolet and got them to extend my warranty and saved me thousands. That's how you keep a customer. Thank you.

I’ve owned a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado for the past 3 years, recently I started getting notifications about a recall with the airbags, apparently they can deploy for no reason. I gave Wayne Thomas Chevrolet a call, they said to drop it off, they would change out the airbags and I wouldn’t have to worry about the recall or the risk of an airbag hitting me in the face out of nowhere anymore. I dropped the truck off before work one morning, the lady at the service desk had an attitude as soon as I walked in the door, as if I had disturbed her morning routine. I left the keys with her she said I could pick up my vehicle that evening, they would leave the keys inside the gas cap since it was for a recall I would not owe them anything. I pick my truck up after closing time that same evening, as soon as I get in my truck I notice my dashboard was cracked into 5 different pieces with each piece laid in place as if they tried to hide the fact it was broken. I drove home irritated at the fact nobody bothered to call me and tell me that my dashboard was damaged due to the service. Now I understand, after 13 years of the dashboard being in the sun it’s probably brittle and prone to cracking but at least let me know ahead of time that’s probably what would happen. So I call the next day and speak to the manager about it, he said no problem, he told me to come by again, he would take pictures and order a new part. He said within 10 weeks it would be at the dealership, they would install it free of charge. I did as he said, he seemed polite and understanding, he took pictures of the dash, got my contact information and said that they would call me in 10 weeks and tell me to bring the truck back to be fixed. After 12 weeks had gone by with no phone call I decided I would call them and ask about it. A lady answered the phone, knew exactly what I was talking about and said the part had been there for over 2 weeks, but they had forgot to call me. She said to bring my truck in the next morning before work and by that afternoon I’d have a new dashboard. I took my truck by there as soon as they opened and when I walk in there are 2 women greeting me with an attitude asking why I am there and what I needed. I politely explained the situation, they said to leave my keys they’d take care of it at some point. During the day nobody ever called me, so I assumed everything went fine. I stopped by on my way home from work, this time the service department is still open so I go in and ask if everything went okay. While waiting in the service department an older gentleman that works there was loudly expressing how he had not rotated a customers tires, but he had still charged them for doing so. Apparently that particular customer had said something he didn’t like and was very proud of himself for cheating this person out of their money. After 15 minutes of waiting the lady tells me they had ordered the wrong part, and could not fix what I was promised would be fixed over 2 weeks earlier. I asked to speak with the manager, she rudely informed me he was not there and if I had a problem I could give him a call the next day but they were all ready to go home and were done dealing with me. I called the manager the next day, he apologized and said he had ordered the correct part after he realized the mistake that was made and they’d call me in 10 more weeks. It has now been over 3 months I haven’t heard a word back from them. In my opinion the service department here is extremely rude and unprofessional and I will never buy a vehicle from Wayne Thomas Chevrolet even if it’s the deal of the century, these people are shady and I wouldn’t trust them or give them a dime of my money.

I just want to say that my purchase experience with this dealership was probably the best one I have ever had. Demetrice Carl was the Sales Consultant that helped me during my purchasing experience. Although my purchase was an used vehicle, he made sure I was informed of everything I asked about the vehicle and more. There was no pressure to purchase or to consider any other vehicle. He was courteous and patient while I made my decision. I received the deal I was looking for and was happy with my decision. A big thank you to all the staff who made my experience a very positive one. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

By far the best dealership I've ever been to. Honest and straight forward from start to finish. It was well worth the hour drive each way to work with them. I had been to 3 other chevy dealers before trying Wayne Thomas. Every other dealer I went to made it very difficult to get the actual price of the truck. Either they didn't want to tell me anything until they ran my credit or they had tons of add-ons, adjustments and incentives, most of which I didn't qualify for. Even when we started talking numbers at the other stores they all seemed way over priced and never actually had the truck I wanted. At one store I even sat down and built out the truck I wanted and got a price I was happy with. Then was told that once it showed up to the lot they would still be putting on all the extra stuff that I didn't want and would charge almost $2000 more simply because they don't sell trucks without those features. I found almost the exact truck I wanted at Wayne Thomas and gave them a call. They gave me the exact price of the truck over the phone and it was much cheaper than all the others. Showed up a couple days later and was in and out with zero issues. Every interaction I had at that dealership was above and beyond any other store I've been to.

Best buying experience I’ve ever had at a dealer. They were extremely accommodating and I certainly did not feel pressured into purchasing. Extremely happy with my purchase. Andre was great. Everyone we dealt with was great. From Andre to finance. They even put the car on a lift so I could see under it. Earned my business and much likely in the future.
