Been waiting in line on my prescription for 30 minutes and counting. The cashier is slower than Christmas, and looks like the are unhappy with helping customers. I will not come back here. Waiting this long for something that should be so easy just blows my mind, how are you that lazy of person unmotivated when you're evening PAID. Awful experience.

These people cannot count at all. Just got 7 new scripts and every bottle had wrong count. Then called for refill on four and went to pick them up and got only one.

This is the poorest excuse for a pharmacy I have ever encountered. It truly is always something here. The system is down or they have no staff or whatever excuse they can give to either not operate or operate with extreme incompetence. As if this isn’t bad enough, they refuse to answer any other pharmacies request to transfer your medications. I have had to have my doctor send in new prescriptions to a different pharmacy which he was kind enough to have his office do although it isn’t their responsibility to do so due to the negligence of this Walgreens. They are rude, short and blatantly evident they do not enjoy or care for their work. ANY pharmacy is better than this one. If you think you are going to use this establishment out of convenience over a smaller pharmacy with more selective operating hours safe yourself the headache (for which you wouldn’t be able to fill a prescription for) of believing this place will do their job at all much less correctly. I will go so far as to say it is not all Walgreens because I have had pleasant encounters at at least two of them, one being out of state. Do better Asheboro.

On hold now for 45 minutes... It will start ringing then back to hold without a person even acknowledging you.

Covid shots went rather well except they put the wrong name on my card and had to redo it.Pharmacy re meds is sad. Drive up most always closed so I have to walk in. Erm, I can barely make it back to the pharmacy being handicapped. Zero help in or out of the place.

They were kind to me, efficient in transferring prescriptions from another pharmacy, and I was able to pick them up at the drive-thru without a delay.

Terrible experience getting my second Covid vaccine . The young girl was rushed and I had blood and part of the vaccine running down my arm . It was disturbing ! Go elsewhere for your vaccines

Agree. All following Covid safety guidelines perfectly as carefully as humanly possible. I'm as a dinosaur aging in today's society. Retired disabled from many years of customer service, my disabilities hinder my survival and customer service isn't as relevant to corporate America as in my working years due to population and corporate greed. I understand most people are doing 3 jobs 4 one paycheck, leaving little time 4 human compassion. But not true at Walgreens! Staff at this particular Walgreens always makes time for the customers. It's not just me & other handicapped or elders, as I've noticed they are attentive to young people as well, which I appreciate. Been a regular customer here many years. Living alone with grown children out, I spent several Christmas Eve nights "shopping" in Walgreens, enjoying the music and atmosphere. It was a 24/7 store then, and I wasn't as disabled as now. But Parkinson's has joined my other disabilities and taken my driving and walking. Called today to see if I remembered correctly as I often don't now. My Christmas miracle! :) They have added a wheelchair up front, so I will be able to get the guy who drives me to my doctor appointments to take me there to Christmas shop! God bless this Walgreens. Don't get out much now. SO grateful they have a way I'll be able to shop with them again this year. Merry Christmas to those who celebrate. My kids will once again be getting their gifts from Walgreens and me this year, God willing, and I'm very grateful. The atmosphere in this store is very happy and friendly. Only place I have actually looked forward to shopping for the past 15 years honestly, as a sensitive soul. This is a great place for me to be :) This has been my personal experience shopping here over many years. Always helpful staff in a comfortable atmosphere. Please pardon typos and thanks for your patience. Thank you for your time.

Well, they're nicer and faster than CVS but big corporation pharmacies are a joke. I've been standing in line for 10 min and I've still got 5 people in front of me. The drive thru is wrapped around the building and there are 2 people working. I just don't understand why these places can't have more people workin, at least at the times when they're gonna be busy....like 5pm when people get off and first thing in the morning. Not to mention, these people have personalities like a knot on a log and act like they're mad because ur there to get ur medicine and they have to do their job. Effing joke
