The associate who processed the shipment of the package was detached, unprofessional, and barely competent. The associate stood and stared at the computer screen for 3 minutes before typing the return and shipping addresses. His level of interaction with this consumer was limited to complaints about the work and work environment.

Told my husband they didn't have scanners, so I have to drive to Lexington. I use almost enough gas to make a return worthless. Why can't Staples have QR scanners?
