Had my tanks in for 24 years they had replaced them a few years ago. This was before Yadkin Propane bought the original company out.I paid the original company to hook up for gas logs, gas grill and a generator.Yadkin calls to inform me they have to replace my two 100 lb tanks with one 200 ?? lb tank.Rep comes out says they can't place it where the old ones were. I understood that due to codes and he was extremely nice. Probably was grandfathered in but was getting into that.To get a tank it would have to be moved away from the house and gas line to run under ground.Approximately $700.00 to $900.00That should not be my expense, they were installed by the company you purchased and if your company wanted to replace them you should be responsible for preforming this in my opinion,Well i purchased my own tanks, no more fees if I don't meet the minimum usage which ran $65 to $90 a year plus the the cost of refilling them every year.Yes a little trouble to carry the one to refill, leave the other one cut off as reserve for weather related issues.The one will run the grill for a couple of years . Power outages only real use.

Today two men from this company checked my propane tank for leaks. The only way I could get them to leave was to sign a blank work order. This procedure is very unusual and now my concern is how honest this company really is. Customer Beware!!!!!

Yadkin Propane delivered gas to my house and billed it to the previous owners. When I called to see if the situation could be rectified, the person was rude and said that I had 2 days to change the account over.1 month later 2 rude, ignorant representatives showed up and told me it was not their responsibility to ride around and find out who brought property. I reminded him that it most definitely was his responsibility to know where they were taking their product and who was going to pay for it.

Do not use this company. They have gone down hill quick. Only 1 person can handle accounts. No customer service. Would not buy a pack of gum from them.

We've used Triad Propane for a long time. Never had an issue in 10 years. Now we are dealing with a company that so far has not met our needs through the first dealings with them. Our fireplace won't stay on. I called November 22 and was told a technician would call me. I called again November 29 because a week went by and there was not a return call. I was told my service order is in. I asked the call center what time frame I was looking at and was not given an answer except that it was a call center and that's all they can do. When I finally got an appointment, the tech never showed up. So, 2 months later, I still do not have a working fireplace.I don't know about you, but I don't want to drag service out through a call center. My questions are not being answered and I don't consider this good customer service.

This company used to be good but was bought out and is horrible now. My parents used them as well and when propane was delivered mine was considerably more. Turns out they charged me more because the tank was smaller so watch how much you are paying per gallon. We called other places and this place was higher than any other with additional fees tacked on as well. Been trying to get them to pick up their tank for months. Their customer service is awful.

I would give zero stars if it were possible. Just trust me on this one guys. This company is not worth your time and stress. Pay them to remove their tank and keep looking elsewhere. I cannot stress it enough, stay away. You will thank me!

This place is sorry as they come. Discovered that my new heating unit and called and tried to get propane delivered on a Saturday and kept getting switched to several different people. No luck at getting propane over weekend and it in the 30’s. Call them this morning and get told that it was my fault for not checking the tank and letting it leak out. Also was told it wasn’t their problem it happened. Will be switching and do bot recommend this company for anything.

This is the most unorganized, uncaring, unprofessional company I have ever done business with. Can not get gas delivered on time, not one person can tell you the truth. Calling them does not help.
