“Getting a uhaul was incredibly easy but returning it, after an exhausting day of moving, was a PITA. Uhaul needs to make it tons easier, no app, no creating an account. Just want to shower and I've got to spend the next 15 minutes downloading the app, making an account, and waiting on my shoddy signal to upload pictures.”

Today I had a flat tire and they came to pick up my car and fix the tire for a small fee which was beyond worth it for the amount of headache they saved me trying to manage it on my own!!I don’t trust my vehicle with any other shop and am so very grateful to have them.I have recommended them to people who live an hour away because they are worth the drive for their reliable service, reasonable prices, and values to provide excellent service to the customer!!!!”
