Had the pleasure of meeting Shawn/Sean from the commercial dept. today. As I was driving from whispering pines there was a tree fell across airport rd. He had pulled over and was moving this large tree by himself . I stopped and we moved the tree and all debris. He is an outstanding individual and we need more people like that. As a business owner this is the type of people I look for in my company. We will be buying tires from this young man in the future.

Just a heads up for anyone interested in this place. I wouldn't even bother making an appointment at all! I made an appointment a few weeks back for 2:30 in the afternoon. Got there at 2:25 went in and gave them my keys just like anyone else would and everything was normal. I sat down close to the window thinking it wouldn't take too long because all they were doing was changing two tires at this time. I also had a good view of my car sitting in the parking lot. I waited and waited and it took them almost an hour to finally get my car and take it in the shop without them telling me anything while I was sitting in the waiting room. Once I noticed that I was like okay, I'll let this slide. Maybe it'll only take them 15-20 minutes now since I've waited almost an hour. Well no I was wrong. Turns out I had to wait ANOTHER HOUR! while my car was in the shop just to have two tires changed and just as an hour was coming up on the clock I was just about to say something until they finally walked in and told me my car was ready, while acting like nothing was wrong. So once everything was all said and done. It was almost 5:00 in the evening just to get two tires changed and no one ever came to me and told me that they were sorry that they were behind or anything like that. What a joke. Also noticed after I took the car home I looked at the wheels of the vehicle and there was a white paste smeared all over the rim and the outer edge of the wheel. I understand they may have needed something like that for the machine to put the tire on but at least have the decency to clean it off!! This was my second time ever coming to this location and it will probably be my last
