Amanda at Summers Run provides such a inviting atmosphere from the time you walk in until you leave.
I have never been treated, while touring a community in such a manner. Amanda loves what she does and it is evident from her presence. I really like Summers Run and all the amenities provided. The refurbished apartments have upgraded features and they are spacious. When my current lease ends I will be moving to Summers Run!!! Your company has a great Manager in Amanda.

I am not currently a resident at Summers Run. However, I did reside at a property that the current manager, Amanda, was over several years ago. When I was apartment shopping, Amanda was the only property manager in town who followed up with me. She sent me a thank you card and was very thorough when explaining the apartment layouts, amenities, and any fees. She stays on top of work orders and listens to concerns. I wouldn’t live at a property unless I found a manager like her to run it. Even if a property is older, having a hands-on manager like her can make or break a “home” experience. So glad to see she is at Summer’s Run. She knows how to turn an apartment into a home!

We just moved in and so far this apartment is a dream. I love having a patio, and the recreation area is huge and beautiful. Plenty of places to stretch your legs!

This is mostly a good place to live. Management is nice, jovani is amazing and friendly. Things that would be nice is the prices not spiking every year and a some kind of fence the separates the trailer park from the complex. I see many people that aren’t apart of the complex walking over and kids that aren’t apart of the complex playing basketball/soccer daily. Break ins as well. Cameras in the complex would be nice as well. Love it here

I’ve lived at Summers Run for almost a year now. It’s a quiet community with great neighbors. Maintenance request are always handled quickly and the manager is very responsive to my needs and questions. I would definitely recommend this as your next home.
