I made an appointment several days ahead of time for the service dept. to check out my car. The man I spoke to said there "may" be a diagnostic fee but never confirmed that with me either way. I was there early with my car, not expecting it to get seen ahead of time, just the way it worked out. My appointment was scheduled for 2 pm. I was there until 5 pm and they were closing & to add insult to injury, I paid 154. dollars to be told it would be over 4000 dollars to fix the various "possible" issues. The service manager, I'm guessing, initially stated he would waive the fee and then came back and said, sorry, I'm not able to do that. I bought my car there, which is why I went there. Up until that point I was seriously considering a new car that I saw on their lot. Not only will I now not buy a vehicle from them, but I also certainly won't recommend them to anyone. Glad I found out they're now Vann York as I was in High Point Car shopping on their lots over there.

I called to schedule service for my car and Autumn was great. She worked with my crazy schedule and got me an appointment quickly. She was very thorough with her questions about what my car needed and even reminded me that my car was due for inspection without me mentioning it!! When I had more questions she transferred me to Tammy, who was also great and helpful.

These guys are the BOMB!! If you're financing they'll get you approved and riding in no time! I've purchased a ton of vehicles but this was my best experience hands down! Shout out to Kevin and Darean they handled everything for me quickly and very professionally. I live in Wilmington, NC and they had my vechicle delivered to my door!! We limped in our 2005 GMC Yukon, begging for help. The service manager promptly got Johnny to take a look. In no time at all, Johnny had diagnosed the problem; bad water pump and the thermostat needed changing. Good luck was smiling on us that day, between Candace and Johnny, they got us back on the road. From the time we arrived until the time we left was only hour and a half. Johnny knows his stuff (best I've ever seen, plus a great guy)) and Candace was such a great person to work with. I canhighly recommend them for their speed and customer service, great folks!
