I like to share amazing story!! I have been banking with First Horizon for years until I got tired of the bad customer service , bad Attitudes, and even lies !!! That’s correct lies!!! They told me they offer alerts and opts and they don’t !!!! I got tired of everyone stories always Being different and I decided to call pinnacle Bank . I have had a lot of customers of mine tell me how wonderful Pinnacle was and walking in a branch by appointment hands down so much better already!!! I had to call today to Asheboro location and spoke with Gabe and ? WOW so nice and helpful I am so impressed!! I am so thankful and happy I finally switched . I look forward to working with y’all and wanted to shout out for Gabe !!!! Great work today on the phone and taking the time to answer my questions.

I think this was a better transition than when it went from Randolph Bank to Bank of NC. Most of the original staff has stayed through both mergers and I really like them.

After buying out Randolph Bank, we have experienced week long delays in seeing transactions show up in online banking (of course they deny it is their problem), some items posting and some not during the 'grace' 6 month period to switch routing numbers and international blocking on our credit cards (they don't allow it). I can't even shop from companies I used to be able to purchase from without filling out special paperwork detailing what I'm going to buy.
