Do not go to this store! They are not responsible for any defected devices not even help you! We buy a home Internet device and the dice failed 18 days after the purchase we bring it back for exchange they send us to call an 800 number after several days main metro office told us it is a responsibility of the store to give you new divice Still dealing with that issue till today I'll up date as far as this matter resolves

Felipe was so wonderful when my grandma and I came in totally clueless about what was going on with our phone service after moving from FL. made my beat up looking phone brand new with easy accessories. He was fast efficient and sweet when helping us out. Thanks Felipe!
