The Asheboro store is one of the oldest stores in the Lowe's family. Very well laid out store. Fair prices and a huge selection. They have a nice outdoor garden section at this store. Fast and friendly service. Self check out is a breeze.

Of the at least 15 employees in the flooring and appliance section, not one asked if I needed any help. Full eye contact just to go back to talking about sports with the other employees standing there. You guys were really wasting money on payroll today. Bring customer service back.

Almost every time I've hit up this particular Lowe's in Asheboro, they have had exactly what I needed or wanted; if they don't, they'll try to find it for you. Customer service has been impressive however I've only had to experience that a few times. Good layout, clean aisles and lots of staff to answer questions. Overall this is a well organized Lowe's (compared to some of their other home improvement center locations). I find their garden center easy to navigate and the employees are helpful and friendly.

Hello Sunshine, Warm Weather , and Lowe's Garden Center . I wanted to do a little review for the Garden center at my Local Lowe's cause well to say the least they are Fantastic!! So let me start by saying it's a great convenience that you can enter and exit through the garden center avoiding the inside crowd. It's a one stop shop for all your gardening needs. They're several employees working outside to answer questions and they really know their stuff guys ( very knowledgeable). The flowers and veggie plants here all look super healthy kept in an easy to navigate location and are all labeled with very informative info on the plant itself and what needs it requires. So if you are looking to get those flower or veggie gardens started stop and see these guys . Let them inform and help you in picking what's gonna work best for you . Just a quick reminder guys Mother's Day is quickly approaching and what guy doesn't love Lowe's ! So while you are there pop into the garden section and check out those beautiful rose bushes . I mean why only give her Roses for a day when you can give them to her all Summer long .

If you need help loading anything, plan on adding another half to three quarters of an hour to your trip. They may call for help but you wait and wait and wait and then wind up doing it yourself anyway. I hate that Lowe's has no competition.

So in general, I LOVE Lowes. However, this location seems to have some weird lack of Management, accountability and training. I went to get some blinds cut 30 1/8". Two sets. The first time I went there I waited about 20 mins for someone to show up to even cut them. I get home and try to install them a few days later and sure enough they are 30" exactly. This was annoying bc the employee repeated literally 4x during our interaction. I go there the same day after I try them and they are scrambling to find someone that "knows" how to use the machine. The girl that comes up seemed like she was not loving her job to begin with. I tell her what I need, 30 1/8". She confirms it 2-3 times and then cuts both blinds. This time, I brought a measuring tape! Sure enough, before I go to check out I double checked the measurement and they both ended up being 29 3/4". I decided to walk back there to see if someone else can help me and the lady that says, "I don't really know how to use this", is cutting someone else's blinds at the time. I quickly decided to not even bother and leave empty handed. Meanwhile, Lowe's lost over $50 in blinds from those two screw ups. What is the deal here?

So I ventured out today hopefully for a one stop shopping trip due to the COVID19 situation. Decided on Lowe's over Aldi for a little more variety and maybe a better selection of produce. This will be my last trip. Paid double for the same salad I could have gotten at Aldi. Not one avocado was anywhere close to ripe so there went my excitement over produce. Stood at the deli for some sliced cheese for several minutes while the deli chicks stood talking and doing busy work. I was the only person ally the deli. Another lady walked up to the other part of the deli and was immediately helped. When the employee was finished with that customer I asked for some help and she said "I do t do that side". Said does anyone because I've been standing here waiting and...the chicken who was talking g to the other lady snipped "I said I'd be right there!" But made no move to come over. That was it. I was done and walked off grabbed a couple of things and moved to get a half gallon of milk. The coolers were bare of milk except for that e brand which was $3.99 for a half gallon!! I grabbed it reluctantly because it's all they had. Yes was done. Went to pay for my stuff and the cashier said "I'm not able to use you cloth bag". Asked if I could bag my own groceries and was told u could not. I have not had this at any other grocery store I've visited at all! A person whom I assumed was some kind of manager said "thems the rules" basically. When I told her about the milk she said the cooler was broken so we had to take all the milk out...except for the expensive one. I guess how they can get away with price gauging. When I told her about the deli she said "well I dont know what to tell you about that". What the hell kind of customer service is that?? I apologized to the cashier about my frustration and I said but if I do t cent my frustration how will anyone know that I've had a bad experience. She just stared at me with a sour attitude on her face. So THiS is how I will vent my frustrations and let the Lowe's grocery store chain know that their Asheboro employees are not providing any kind of customer service and they don't care. And I will NOT EVER return to their store. Got it Lowe's??? Good !

Extremely disappointed, actually highly pissed with Asheboro Lowe's Home Improvement. Was plenty excited to get my new John Deere mower this afternoon. Dropping it off while I wasn't home, freely sitting for someone to take started the ball on the downhill slope this afternoon. Add to that the condition it was in (dirt, caked mud, and grass clippings,) and the final straw being it wouldn't even RUN due to a broken/not even installed pressure switch on the seat just dangling off the side. Needless to say I have to wait a few days for the company to come back and pick it up, return it and have a new one delivered, which could push into the weekend. Thanks to High Point Lowe's for picking up the slack and making things right.

I live in Randleman so I try to go to the Greensboro store at Elmsley Drive , that is great by the way. I have been to this Lowes about 3 times in the last 2 years. Everytime I go in there the employees aren't very friendly and I have to run somebody down. I went in last month for mulch and was getting 15 bags. I asked if I could pull around the side to load my truck they said only If I was buying 17 or more. LOL! I went to the back where they keep it and there were about 8 torn bags on a pallet. No one offered to help me so I left and went to the Lowes in Greensboro at Elmsley. There was a large pallet of mulch right beside the nursery. I asked before I purchased my mulch could I pull to the side and load my truck. They said " sure". After purchasing my mulch they asked me" do you need any help loading it?" That's the service i'm talking about folks!!

Great building supply source! I buy water filters, furnace filters, cleaning supplies, planters, plants...The employees are very helpful. Prices are low. It's a huge store.

Furious! Just left Lowe's after being ignored in the appliance dept. We bought a stove, hood and dishwasher about 6 weeks ago. They were to be delivered on May 4th. The delivery folks showed up at about 9:45 am and unloaded everything. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was damaged, so they took it back and told us someone from Lowe's would contact us. It's now the 21st and we still hadn't heard from Lowe's. We decided to go to the store and find out what was going on, and after being ignored at the appliance department, went to customer service. "I don't know" is an unacceptable answer, so we asked for a manager. After two different managers(?) were paged a few times, we finally just asked for a refund. We live in Asheboro, but will drive to High Point or Greensboro in hopes that we can get a dishwasher there. I spent 22 years in the purchasing profession and have spent literally millions of dollars. Been around the block a few times and can say this has been a display of some really poor customer service.

Bought a huge thing of paint while here. The company completely lied about how much it would take to cover my deck. The people here are very nice and help as soon as they can. The location is very clean and so are the restrooms.

I only stopped in to use the restroom, but everyone I passed by was very friendly. Even the clerk at the deli who was helping customers stopped to say hello. Very surprising! The store (and the men's room) was very clean, which for an older grocery store like this one is always a plus.
