The woman who did my draw hit a nerve. Pain shot down my arm and wrapped around my hand and hasn’t stopped hurting. Hours later and after lots of research I can see that she went too deep with the needle: the pain is still present. 10/10 would avoid labcorp in Walgreens… I should have asked her name? Nerve pain is brutal..

Very friendly staff. Very convenient. I do feel the employees could be a little better trained on some of the test as I have gone a couple of times, and they gave me the wrong information on how to collect specimens. It caused some Inconveniences, but the specimen were still able to be used. I do not blame the text because I do not expect them to know every single test and how they should be collected. They did have to call to get information on how it should be done and that was the information they were given. Other than that, I’ve only had good experiences there, and I will continue to go there. Very sweet ladies.

Staff is very friendly and they do their best to make the process as quick and easy as possible.

Very clean! Friendly staff and extremely professional. If you "gotta go", they make it as pleasant as possible.

The phlebotomist there is so unbelievably rude. I tried to ask a question and she threw her hand up at me. Then she threw the key at me to get my stuff out of the locker after being tested. I'll get my tests done elsewhere next time, I'm not going back there.
