YOU'VE HAD SO MANY PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR CAR WASH CAUSING DAMAGE TO THEIR VEHICLES, AND YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY DENYING THE CLAIMS.
POSTED ON FB AND SHARED AGAIN AND AGAIN. I'M SURPRISED NO ONE HAS REPORTED YOU (BUT I'M GOING TO) TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
MAYBE YOU SHOULD EITHER FIX YOUR STUPID CAR WASH, OR MAKE GOOD ON ALL THE DAMAGE YOUR CAR WASH IS DOING.
IF YOU FAIL TO DO RIGHT BY PEOPLE, I SINCERELY HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

If I could give Zero stars , I would. First, they declined my daughter debit card and she had to back out of the lane. Then, $25 showed up on the bank statement. Then, the next day, The ruined the stripping on the side of my car from the brush. This company is pathetic. And, they are not returning calls or emails. Stay way from this place here in Asheboro, NC

Worst car washing experience ever! Had some dust on windows and paid for mid-range-price service, when done, most of dust still on my windshield and other windows. The whole washing process was extremely short (waiting time was way way longer than actual washing time), it didn’t even spray the soap on side windows, only once on the windshield, and very little water used for rinse. So, all my car’s glass were almost same dusty when coming out. I had to go to the other car wash nearby to get the job done. Wasted the money, glad that I didn’t buy the membership. They will NEVER have my business again!

We pay every month for unlimited car washes. When we first started we loved it. Now we are getting soap left on our vehicle and it doesn't seem to be as clean. It's the only game like that in town so will have deal until we can gin another. We do like the access to rags and vacuums after the wash.

Do NOT go here. They mess up people's cars up and basically tell them to kick rocks. They have been for a couple of years now.

If you care about your vehicle you'll drive past this place. It's tearing people's cars up. They know the equipment is faulty but they continue to take chances at your expense. Call Asheboro Honda and ask how many vehicles have came there for repairs that was caused by Hugo's. Call other body shops in the area.

The staff is always very professional and they provide every thing that you need to clean your vehicle. Please thank them because they all work so hard. When you look on Dixie Drive with some wanting a handout, it is refreshing to see young people just trying to earn a living. Also please leave the cleaning products they provide to keep costs down.

Best car wash in Asheboro! The site manager Reanna is amazing! Great customer service and they have a great team. Will continue to wash my car at Hugo’s. :)

I’m canceling my monthly subscription over here because they have a stupid management management sucks they never have a clean towels 18 out of 20 vacuums hose are broken not working and they have no respect for you.

We stopped in today. 2/2/24 and still having issues...did not leave top brush on even though I requested it, no clean towels to dry the windows, back window is still dirty. We are going to find another carwash.Update: we are still having issues with the employees and now the carwash itself is becoming really iffy, it is sometimes cleaning car good and other times, Like today it cleans one side and not the other side...2 tires are clean and shiny and the other 2 are dirty and dull. If it keeps on happening we are going to have to take our business elsewhere. We pay $35.00 a month and we are not getting the service that we are paying for.The carwash itself does a fantastic job at cleaning our Rogue. We are beginning to have an issue with the people who do the prewash on it...they don't do the wheel wells and they barely spray the front end with the bug cleaner...we pay 30 dollars a month for the Big Kahuna wash you would think the employees would do a better job. If it doesn't get any better we wil have to find another car wash.

Best place to go to get your car washed. Can go as many times as you want on a monthly payment of $21, a second car is cheaper. It beats hand washing your car and then driving these dirty roads. Seems like there is construction every way you go and you can't get away from it. They have everything you need to clean the inside of your car also. I wish they would build one in Randleman now

Any carwash,,,that has the big spinning brushes,,,don't go there if you think much of you vehicle.Those brushes are really hard on clearcoat,,,they have also been known to tear off mirrors,antennas, and leave small dents.
