Mid Week Wednesday from 10:15 am to 12:15 pm I called 11 different times in 2 hours. All I wanted was ask if a certain person was working "today" as I only like her to cut my hair. No one would ever answer the phone... I'm done with Great Clips and moving on to someone else.

Very unprofessional called six times in one hour no answer so went up to the salon. Waited 10 minutes before anybody came up to me as two ladies were talking then was told there was a 45 minute wait with two people inside.

I've been coming to Great Clips in Asheboro, NC for several years. I always ask for Caitlyn. If she's not there that day, I come back when she is. She's fantastic.

Went in to get 12 inches cut off my hair. She didn’t know what 12 inches was and had to ask the girl across from her (should have got up then) She said “well, everybody’s 12 inches is different” okkkMy hair was damp from a shower earlier.. the lady that helped her the 1st time had to tell her how to separate and cut it.She also told me I didn’t have to have 12 inches cut for a wig that 10 inches would be ok.Long story short, I walk in the house after my hair cut and my husband says“Your hair is uneven!!”I hadn’t even said anything!!After washing my hair it is longer on the left side, shorter in the middle and a lil longer than the middle on the right side.It was supposed to be layered.Found out also you do HAVE to have 12 inches for Wigs for Kids..I won’t go back there again..
