We had an amazing experience! My father in law just purchased a chair from another furniture place. Unfortunately the chair did not sit great and he seemed to fall into it so deeply which did not work well when getting up. That said we went to Furniture Market Warehouse, in Asheboro, NC. We walked in and the sales lady was a delight. She directed us to the specific section and we found the perfect chair. We then asked about delivery fees and she said she would work it out. Our concern was we were only in town for a few days and wanted to be there for the surprise delivery. Sure enough they were able to get the chair delivered first thing the next morning! The chair looks nice and sits perfectly. It is exactly what we were looking for.

Wasn’t impressed with selection or price. Quality of furniture appeared cheap (maybe it is cheap or maybe it isn’t just my opinion after looking it over). I got used car salesman vibes from the man who greeted us at the door.

Every time I visit this store I am always so warmly welcomed! The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They truly go out of their way to help you with any questions or concerns. They have amazing prices on furniture, decor, rugs, mattresses and more! If you are needing furniture I highly recommend going to Furniture Market!

I went into the Furniture Market Warehouse only to look around. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to buy, a lounger, a sofa or both, anyway there was Gia, Christian and Jamie at the desk. They were smiling and ready to help if I needed!
I ask for help, so Gia walked with me, and tirelessly calculated for me my payments witch ever piece I have pointed at. (I am on disability so on a budget.)
I choose a lounger, so we went back to the desk and they run through the transaction. It was so easy. I didn’t have to put any money down! They were very kind, and family like atmosphere!
The next day, Saturday I went back and added one more piece to it, which meant they had to do the transactions all over again, but they were still very kind, smiling and friendly!
The third day, Sunday I went back again and choose a sofa instead of the other two pieces . And Gia, Christian and Jamie still were the kindest , the most polite and friendly people I have ever met!!!
And finally, I have changed my mind about delivering it, instead of us picking it up. And they still didn’t get upset with me!!!
The same day, Sunday they have delivered my sofa to me!!!
So, three visits to the store, all three times I have changed my mind, they had to redo the transactions, but they were tirelessly kind, helpful and sweet as the first time!!!!
I have never seen Such-patient and friendly customer service people like they are!
They have the best quality, and best prices furniture !
I love my sofa and it is the greatest quality and for the best price!
So, all I can do is to highly recommend them for the best customer service and best prices and high quality furniture!
I am truly and surely grateful to them!

I had a wonderful experience with this furniture store. Jade helped me with our purchase and I cannot recommend her enough. She was extremely helpful and kind, while also providing excellent communication. The store is clean and neat and offered very competitive pricing. My overall experience thanks to Jade left me never wanting to get furniture anywhere other than Furniture Market Warehouse. Jade made my family lifelong customers. I have shared the store information with friends in the area and outside of the area as I feel this store is a hidden gem! Thank you Jade for the experience!!
