When you call a business the phone shouldn't be answered with just a hello. I had to ask if it was Frazier used cars. Then the phone was just given to somebody else who didnt identify themselves. I asked about a vehicle and was told the year the price and that it had over 100k miles on it. Well that's a pretty vague mileage total if you ask me. So I asked how far over 100k and he said "I think it's over 130k." Terrible customer service in my opinion. It made me not even want to go check out the car in person.

Stay away from this place, I just bought a car March of 2019 and first the check engine light came on then electrical problems. I drove to a meeting in Mooresville NC and I thought I was going die the car started shaking the dash board lights started flashing I was completely stressed out on top of trying to make car pmts also. I texted Jeff to see if there was anything he could do to help and explained my situation and all he said is your receipt is in the mail. Had no compassion at all. You know some of us are living check to check and really want to trust people but all they want is your money. I hope he loses everything in the midst of trying to rob others. Not a good guy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sells good cars at a fair price. Nothing on his lot is low quality. Fair and reasonable. I bought a 06 chevy years ago and have been very satisfied still running good.
