They over charged me when had rental that my insurance was paying for. Also had 3 different cars in 1 months time. All had something wrong! I was told don't worry about them lights they are fine. Really wish we had more options in asheboro.

Great customer service representatives! The car provided to me was a 2023 Nissan Altima, which is a very great condition with 14k miles on it. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

I recently rented from Enterprise in Asheboro, NC. The agent I worked with is Ruth, she was beyond courteous , as well as helpful in fitting me properly with the vehicle i needed. Always a pleasure working with this office branch. Two thumbs up to Ruth and the entire Enterprise team. This kind of service keeps customers coming back...Bravo!!!

Staff was helpful when we arrived to rent vehicle. Showed me nothing about how lights, radio or any parts of the car worked. Dome light in car was on. Called back to get directions on how to turn off. Our second person on that call helped as best he could to get light off(our concern was the battery). Success finally! Drivers windshield wiper was mush. It smeared everything- even in pouring rain. As our trip neared the end, the add coolant light came on. No car care book in car at all. We finally had our son look at coolant level when we were back in NC. He added water. All of this was reported when we returned the Tiguan. We were given 5% refund for our troubles. The answer given by staff was" we don't have anyway of knowing these things as we just move cars around on lot!!". I would think there would be a check list to cover on each car before sending out on the road. Also, why do I have to make an appointment to pick up the rental if it is never ready and we have to sit and wait. Your focus statement says you want to be top of your industry. This Enterprise location has great customer service, it’s my favorite in the triad area. The associates Ruth and David have helped me out tremendously the times that I have rented there. I hope the owners give these two a raise because they seriously are some of the best people in the car rental industry. Will be renting from here again!

Did an RSVP for a car rental I need for a business trip. Everything online went well , I completed my information including my DL.I get a call few days later to confirm rsvp date and I’m being asked about using a credit card or debit card and I state “either or but if I can use a debit card that’s great! “ It’s my business account and prefer to use that anyhow, the person on the phone starts stating I need to bring 2 forms of ID’s to verify my address, utility bills or a car insurance card etc.. and that they’ll run a soft credit check ! Hmm, no.Not sure when this started but I’ve never in 25+ yrs of renting cars and my husband as well for our business did we ever have to run a credit check. And if the reason is because you’re using a debit card then say that. I would’ve used my credit card instead and prevented all this nonsense.Utility bills and doing a credit check isn’t random and not ok for situations like this.Going to Budget rental, have had a great experience with them , I thought giving Enterprise a chance again would be a great idea since I already had a bad experience few years ago, but I see nothing has changed. It’s gotten worse. I cancelled my RSVP last minute, had to find a different rental .
