Why does this store NEVER offer the cash back option? This requires me to drive out of my way, and if I have to do that, I spend my money elsewhere all together. Seems from these reviews that this store is costing you money in a variety of ways. Too bad.

Every time I go to this store it's very busy. Customers are rude to the people that work there. It's hard to watch. One time their was a girl that was trying to stock and someone told her that she needs to be at the front helping on the register, because the girl that was already up there was mentally slow. But I've never had any issues there. The people that work there are very nice and helpful. They always ask me how my day has been, and double bag my heavy items.

I was in last Wednesday grabbing some last minute craft items for my youth group at church. The lady that helped me was amazing! Her name was Reva, she was very helpful with assisting my decision on the material needed for my craft.

Very nice staff alot of them are new but the mangers seem to be get them a stable crew after alot of employes came a went but they weatherd that and seem to be getting the store back on track also noticed that someone picked up all the trash in the parking lot and around the dumpster area it was terrible for a long time but its getting handled as well it seems. I want to say the employes are doing a great job keep it up. Thank You

I frequently am detained in the check out LINE by customers who just walk into the door of the store while the employee is in the process of checking me out. I stand there waiting while they ask a lot of questions and basically hijack my check out time. I would like for the store employee to tell these rude people to get in line and they will take care of them when they have completed ringing up my transaction. That is basic customer service. This has happened to me 3 of the last 4 times I have been to this $General.

**In the past my review would have been a 5 star, but since the new employee help me yesterday, 11/30/22, I rated my experience a 3 star event!! Everyone is usually very nice; saying hello when I walk in the store, when I finish paying for my items they say, have a good day/night! ? It is just a nice & courteous thing they do in any store, but of course the cashier helping me yesterday did not.**Yesterday, was on the contrary! An older male cashier (than the younger girls working there) made my experience so bad that I will avoid he assisting me the best I can. It’s possible he was just having a bad day, or not significantly trained yet. But I observed him acting this way with other customers, too.**When I approached his register it was if he became the boss, I felt the vibe. He RUSHED me, and it was obvious. He made me feel as if I was in the way of the 1 customer behind me, then there were 5 when I finished paying for my $87 order, btw! I could see him look down the waiting line & became more IRRITATED, as 4 or so other customers made 5 behind me as I paid for my items.**Fact: I had a crutch in my cart, as I could lean on the cart. I had broke my foot a month ago. Sure I was a bit slower than a non- hurt customer, but he should have seen the crutch and been more sensitive to me & my situation. How awful, a real shame! I had an accident & could not help I am temporarily disabled! Wish I was NOT the target of his frustration, but it seemed I was!**Fact: it was their busy time of the day 5:15 pm & more customers were in the store, so of course there would be more customers checking out. NOT my fault!**He threw my receipt in my bag (without asking me did I want it in my hand or in the bag). I had used my credit card, and they usually/always ask do I want the receipt or just hand it to me.**I felt he was GLAD I was getting out of his way, so he could help the customers behind me. Made me feel very little, even though I’d just spent a whole lot for shopping in a convenient storeI!! That’s the vibe I got, as he never said have a nice night, or thank you for shopping here ~ he just started checking out the next person, NEVER even LOOKED me in the eyes (as I stood there watching him as he looked the other way while he swooped my receipt into a random bag! I felt I had been in his way during the entire experience with him!** If I only spent two dollars for a Coca-Cola or, as it stands, I am a big spender in that store, NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THAT WAY! Even though a bit of this was subtle, most was blatantly clear!**We are Customers, Guest, and we DECIDE to come into their store and SPEND our hard EARNED money. And that should’ve spoke loud and clear to him!!** Even though my experience was negative, I, hope he’ll receive additional training ~as I do NOT wish anyone to lose their job because of ONE customer’s review online. Everyone deserves a second chance. ?

HORRIFIC GM. Lack of respect for herself, the company, employees and to customers for the conduct of the store as she does. Lack luster, talentless, atrocity of a human being who doesn't deserve her standing. Refuse to shop there until she has ben REMOVED.
