I'm only going here because my insurance is connected to CVS. I cannot speak for every employee but most that I have come in contact with, whether on the phone or inside the store, are rude, unprofessional, or just didn't do their job. They act like no one's medicine needs to get filled any time soon. I hope my insurance changed again so I can switch back to Walgreens. I used to go to CVS all the time but in the last 5 years I have been with Walgreens until I had to switch back. I never leave bad reviews but enough is enough.

The worst! I went there to pick up Rx, showed the girl my insurance card, she tells a co worker I have insurance, nit sure why I am giving her a discount card. He says to me you have name brand Rx. I said, it’s my new insurance card, instead if checking, to see if information matches, because I was witched over by my insurance company, this idiot tries to input the information. Yes, of course it denies my Rx. I ask for my card back, he asks if I wanted him to find out why? No indeed, you and your co worker have no clue. Then to have the audacity to ask why I was being rude, uh, you’re stupid!

A few days ago, I called the pharmacy to inquire how long it might take to fill my prescription. I'd already waited 3 plus hours. The pharmacist nonchalantly stated that it would be filled within the next 4 to 6 hours! Say what? He took 7 to 8 hours to fill one prescription. Certainly, the rapture could happen before these clowns could fill one prescription. Of course! I have since changed my drugstore. The new drugstore is not even open on Sunday! But I don't even care. I'm certain to get better service from one of the smaller stores. Hmmmm. I wish I could say what I really feel about this particular CVS store. You're always late and half the time to tell me. Be tomorrow before they can fill my prescription, not the date that is on the computer, the CVS app. The pharmacist must think he or she is god. They ignore both the doctor and the CVS guidelines on filling prescriptions. If the pharmacist is having a bad day, you can forget getting your prescription that day. Maybe the next day but only after 7 or 8 hours. I've actually been a customer here for maybe 10 years. This drug store has certainly got worse each year. Omg. Do not go here.

On February 14th around 5:30pm, I went to my local CVS to pick up 3 prescriptions that were prescribed to me by my doctor. When I arrived at the drive through window, I was told by the pharmacy that they only had 2 for me. I knew that I was supposed to have 3 so I asked the lady working to please check further. After a few moments go by, the lady working told me that CVS accidentally “filled” the prescription in their system so they couldn’t give it to me which was very confusing and made zero sense. She then advised me to call my insurance company to see if they could help. To make a long story short, I called BCBS (my insurance co.) BCBS called the pharmacist and the pharmacist on duty told them that they could not fix or reverse their mistake. After 3 hours on the phone practically begging for my prescription and asking them to fix it, CVS refused and said there was nothing that could be done. The next day I called again asking for them to fix it and again they told me they couldn’t. That now my only option would be to wait 30 days or pay for the prescription in full without insurance coverage which is crazy when it is the fault of CVS. Bottom line, I was only able to pick the 2 up of the 3. I will never use CVS pharmacy again for any future medications.

I was so impressed with a young man named Luis (sp?) when I visited cvs today. He was busy stocking shelves, but had a sign of where to find him if you needed him. I did self checkout and needed assistance. He was there immediately and was so polite. I haven’t seen an employee of his caliber in this store in a long time. He’s a keeper!!!

Beware of Britney....With the exception of 1 individual pharmacist named Britney, the staff at this location was friendly and helpful from my experience there this evening.I have a heart condition which is easily triggered by stress, and quite inconveniently, the drive through window happened to be closed tonight. (Odd, right?)I called the store to request additional assistance at that point, and even after explaining my condition and my inability to complete my transaction inside the store to Britney, the pharmacist who answered the phone, it didn't stop her from giving me an unnecessary attitude and hanging up on me.I called back to continue my inquiry and also inquired about why she hung up on me during the 1st phone call, and she immediately gave me an attitude again. "Hold on." Followed by "*click*" is what I heard, but apparently "come back to the window and I'll be glad to get your medicine" is what she said, according to her. I said "I didn't hear any of that, but okay, I'll be there in a few seconds", and I was only hung up on again. I feel like this somehow solidified my suspicion of how I believe my first call was ended. She didn't come to the window to assist, but had another rep to assist me. I gave them my payment card and expressed my dissatisfaction during my phone contact, and explained in more or less words that the attitude was not only totally unnecessary, but also triggering my already unpredictable condition, and that Britney should be made aware of her negative effect during this transaction. When the attendant went to process my payment and get my medication, Britney got on the com and continued with her attitude, then basically told me that I had my medication and that I could leave, but I informed here that I was still in the process of paying, and waiting for the medication and my payment card to be returned to me.I received my medication a few moments later and was able to speak with a manager about the incident, which was a succinct, pleasant, and cordial conversation.Though my experience with that 1 individual was far less-than what I would expect from someone in customer service, I did receive kind, professional, and overall good service from everyone else.I understand having off-days, but please keep in mind; you never know who you may be dealing with, or what THEY may be dealing with. 5 stars to the regular staff and to the location itself, but perhaps some professionalism or sensitivity training may be in order for the individual(s) who may need it.

Terrible experience with the pharmacy. Called the day before to make sure my prescription was filled for when I would come to pick it up the following evening. I was assured it would be ready. When I got to the pharmacy the following day, the prescription had not been filled… I had to wait an hour for it to be prepared because they were “so backed up.” This mistake should have been addressed immediately. Terrible customer service.

Beyond disappointed in the lack of respect and common courtesy from the pharmacists. I waited patiently and was blatantly ignored for 7 minutes while the pharmacists chatted amongst themselves. After their conversation they walked past me without ever acknowledging that I had been waiting. All they had to do was say "we will be with you in a moment" but I was completely ignored. No one else was in the store or in line. They had time to acknowledge me at the very least.

The whole experience from gossiping staff- which everybody went on “hold” for a few minutes to hear it, to lack of masks, to a sarcastic pharmacy assistant brings to question their competence and care of customer health needs. Chaos. Only bright spot was a very nice/accommodating male pharmacy assistant who made the rest of them, including pharmacist, appear unprofessional. He was excellent at customer service and deserves a better place of employment and management.
