Very high prices
Rude staff
I'll never go back in a cvs store, Walgreens is cheaper.

The pharmacy never has my prescription in stock. They always have to order it and it takes a long time to receive it. Recently, I was told that they no longer carry the medicine that I need and that I would have to check Walgreens or Walmart to see if they have it available. Totally unacceptable.

I shopped and had OTC Sudafed and vitamin Osteo biflex. Went to the front to check out and was told I would have to go to the back. I went to the back and the girl had no idea what she was doing. She asked for my ID for the Sudafed and I already had it out to show to her. She didn’t apply any of my coupon’s. When I asked why she said I don’t know how to do that. So I was sent to the back for worst customer service! Apparently the girl at the front is the only one that can apply coupons. So why is she on the register with other people behind her and she can’t get assistance. This is the most absurd interaction I have had in the retail experience. Sounds like there is a lot of training that needs to be done at this store. I m still shaking my head on this one. If there was a 0 for a score that’s what I would have given this exchange.

Called the pharmacy to make sure that my monthly prescription would be ready for pickup at the date/time the automated message had indicated and they confirmed it would be. When I arrived, I was told that they hadn’t filled it because I hadn’t bothered to call and inform them that I “wanted” them to fill it. When asked why they would tell me it would be ready if they didn’t intend to fill it, they insisted it was my fault. Second issue, had a prescription called in from the ER the prior night (obviously an urgent need to have it filled). The next day, I arrive at 9:15am and am informed that it won’t be ready for at least an hour and a half because, “ma’am, we JUST opened.” Glad nobody was dying, these people would let you. Just avoid this place.

Poor customer service, and act is if their problems were because of me! I was told my prescription was ready to find out it was not. Then rude workers have an attitude problem. THE FTC or the Federal Trade Commission should oversee the unpleasant pharmacy at #7544 and maybe the professionalism returns? CVS pharmacy seems to care how they look on paper and not the value reflected, and customers are not valued.

they cannot tell me when a Rx will be filled. what?!? yeah, they have no idea. stuff is on order, they do not know when they might get it.
that still blows my mind.
they say "it's a front-of-store item, and maybe that's holding it up". OK, what does that mean to me? nothing. just a really lame excuse. they apparently have NO CONTROL over what meds they get or when.
if you need ESSENTIAL meds - like I do - please do not use this pharmacy. if you are out, and you will die without your meds... "sorry, we don't have any and we don't know when we will get any. could be tomorrow. could be next month. we have no idea"
sheesh. I honestly cannot believe that a PHARMACIST told me that!!!

Worst pharmacy ever! It shouldn’t take all day to get a medicine that I told them multiple times I am out of. Don’t use this place.

I was getting frustrated with this drug store but never considered moving because I ran into the same problem else where, now if Prevohad drive through , was open on Sunday , And my insurance would pay , but no, so I have remained, lately no long lines , staff has changed as in all pharmacies, I have no complaints right now, are they without problems ?. , no , nothing is . Give them another try , ask to speak to management and calmly tell them your complaints

Requested for automatic refill yo be stopped over year ago, yet computer is still calling to inform me, prescriptions have been refilled, & I don't like this. Need to either update computers, or do something so I do not get automatic refills.

I wouldn't even give this Pharmacy 1 star if I did not have to. The pharmacist as well as the assistants are so incredibly rude! They will tell you that your meds will be ready by a certain time (sometimes 4 hours!) and when you return, the order hasn't been filled. I have been over charged because they did not run my insurance. They have told me a price over the phone and then charged me $40 more without even giving me a total. Most of all, this place has no customer service at all. They are rude to everyone , I ve seen it.Its definitely not in anyone's best interest to use this Pharmacy. Awful!!

I have been a CVS customer for 20 years , but this one has got to be the worst . The drive through is closed , no public restrooms , and wait times are ridiculous. Usually, I use CVS in archdale and have no problems. At this one, they told me that my prescription would be ready in an hour . I came back after a haircut and some shopping, an hour 15 minutes later. I still had to wait over 40 minutes in the lobby, and the prescription was ready .The staff was more concerned with movies and TV they've watched , as it seemed to be their favorite topic. I sat and waited , my phone said my prescription was ready, while everyone else checked out. I don't know if it's understaffed, or what. When it's all said and done , I will not use this CVS again. Apparently they don't care about the reviews either, just look at how many have posted bad reviews , basically saying the same thing , and no one from the company has responded.
