The worst customer service. planning to switch to a new bank. Their drive thrus drag either they are chit chatting in the front or they don’t care about servicing.Also worst experience with the 2 ATM locations in Asheboro. They’re always broken. And it’s been over one month and no one’s fixing this

First time visiting a bank on Saturday and I was surprised how quickly my issue was taken care of. I called when they opened to report fraud charges on my account and Selene (?) was quick to help with the problem and get it resolved. I’m very grateful this branch was open on a Saturday morning and I could get the problem taken care of in person and get a replacement card same day.
