Absolute train wreck, horrible experience. Both at this store and the other store on Dixie Drive. Customer service was totally in the trash. Ultimately refused to help then accused me of being rude for wanting to speak to the manager to report the horrible customer service.. instead of helping the snotty woman behind the counter, chose to threaten to call the law to get me to leave instead of giving me a number for someone I could talk to who I could understand on the phone. Ill because I wanted the money back for the services they did not provide.. that’s theft in any book. The only reason they got one star is because they wouldn’t let me post this without a star. And there’s no spot for negative stars. That’s how you treat a six-year customer. This was after I wasted seven hours talking to 10 different people on the customer service line. Nothing but run around there. They just want to get you off the phone because when you call back and we talking to someone else . One of the women that I spoke to claimed to be the owner and called the other stores to warn them that I was coming for help. Thankfully Verizon Wireless hooked me right up 10 minutes In-N-Out done and over.
