After 20 years, I decided to replace my recliners I bought at Big Lots in 2004. Of course as a procrastinator I waited until the last day and had to get one at the Asheboro store and one at another store. Then, they offered a 20% off FAMLYSFRIEND Coupon and I decided on the Marbella Sofa Chaise in the Dusk color, to replace my leather loveseat which was also purchased in 2004. Needless to say, that transaction didn’t quite go as smoothly. Ana at the Asheboro store jumped in and rescued me. I can say with ? certainty, they will be my preferred store from now on. Great customer service is very rare this day and time! The management and staff at the Asheboro store went over and beyond to make my purchase just perfect. Now, future goal is not to have to make another living room purchase for another 20 years. Yes, I will be in my 80’s then! ☺️

The manager was extremely rude when I asked if they had a certain kind of ornaments then when we get home with the Christmas tree discover it's broken. Smh.

Didn't have what I went into store for. It happens. However I did notice a LOT of empty shelving amidst section I was shopping in. I was offered assistance once when passing by a large ticket item. Otherwise, I was unable to locate anyone to help me when I wanted to inquire of products I was actually looking for. Average retail experience. Nothing outstanding. That said; they do have wheelchairs available for those persons in need of them.
