“Rude Owner and Unfriendly Service”
Bless their hearts, but Avila Auto Sales & Service sure ain’t the friendliest place in town. The owner was downright rude, and if you don’t speak Spanish, good luck getting any help. I felt ignored and like I wasn’t worth their time. I reckon I won’t be goin’ back, and I’d suggest y’all steer clear too if you’re lookin’ for decent service.

The owner's attention leaves a lot to be desired, if the car does not pass during an inspection and you ask him for the report sheet, he gets upset and makes you wait too long. It is best to look elsewhere to do the inspection ?

Boots kicked up on desk, looked at me and didnt care i needed service didnt greet me just looked at me, the guy that does the work he was ok, did everything good,Great place for passing inspection under the table, im not scared of retaliation im asheboro resident since 1993

We have now bought 2 vehicles from here. Not only are we treated with respect they make sure all our questions were answered before we left. The vehicles we have purchased through them have both run perfectly. Haven't had a single problem. I highly recommend thus business

I can't say how I like the service. But the reason for the 2 stars is because my roadside assistance was going to just take my car there to have a tire plugged or replaced. At the time I didn't know what I needed for my tire. My roadside told me to call ahead and let them know I was going to be heading there. But when I finally got through the lady told me that they was currently looking for a mechanic. So I honestly don't know

To be honest my Experience Would have been better if I was Mexican Because I waited for a while to talk to him and a young lady came in and he lookednpast me and helped her. I have been to his lot a few times and his selection of cars has gotton better. Maybe i will go back but proably not. The car that he asbthat i really want cost about $9000 so i ask myself why spend that much and be treated in that way? Well that my Experience there.

Guy on phone..doesn't speak English... repeated..only speak Espanol. Sent email, responded days later. If your going to run a business in America, speak English. Very poor way to business...took our business elsewhere..to someone who speaks English.
