I came from Randleman Auto Zone after a terrible experience yesterday, total unwillingness to help me replace my alternator that was still under warranty. Today I came to the Fayetteville St location in Asheboro and was extremely happy with their help / how I was treated. Albert G. In particular was very helpful and expressed his willingness to help Auto Zone customers in general. I will come back to this location in the future if the need arises. Thank you guys for your help today.

I needed a battery and Installation and unfortunately needed it on a rainy day. As soon as the guy knew what I needed, he started to pout and huff and puff because he had to do his job. He asked that I pull my car up on the wheelchair ramp for him to change it so he wouldn’t get wet but my car would need to be jumped off in order to do this. More huffing and puffing. He proceeds to put the jump box on my car but put it on wrong so I had to get out and do it for him all the while he complained of getting wet. Another customer tried to ask him a quick question and he was very rude. I’ll make sure to take my business elsewhere from now on

Very good experience young man at the front counter Nery was his name is very helpful and knowledgeable doing what he can to help tried to tip him but he insisted to just do me the favor of helping me out! Good job autozone

Graham . Went in on a Sunday just for a bulb but I needed help with the installation. They apparently r cutting back on Employee hrs. Only 1 employee working. I had to leave and go to competition.

Went and got a metal sign for my dad for his Christmas present. The sign I wanted was the last one. So I was able to get it and the customer service was great

Excellent customer service from an employee named Travis! He was able to help me change my wiper blades, air filter, and even informed me of a part that was missing for my cabin air filter to hold in place. I don’t know how much he’s paid, but he needs a raise for that level of customer service.Thank you, Travis!

Had a battery check bad. I said go ahead and install one. The employee said he whould not install because it was too hot and he didn´t have too. I told him that was fine I would go to Advance Auto. He then ask another employee and he said he would. During the insulation he touch both terminals with a rachet. Some things such as air conditioning didn´t work. After a while things seems to work. Not a good experience.
