The bad reviews are real!!! Terrible customer service! I called to speak about a Honda CRV that was advertised as 1 price and then I was told the out the door price was nearly $4,000 more. Typically a mark up and fees is expected but $4,000 more is a bit of a reach. I expressed that they should be honest with the figures and was met with snappy remarks from Keisha their employee. I let her know that her attitude and the way that things were not being told up front lost her a sale. I would not recommend this dealership. I bought a brand new Honda last year and had excellent customer service from Burlington. This type of bad service must be tolerated at this Asheboro location, beware!

Rob was so personable and friendly, but not sales-y or pushy at all. He was helpful and fun to work with. He made the car buying process interesting and also was very upfront with us from the beginning. I never felt like he was hiding anything, and I feel confident he gave me a great deal. I highly recommend working with this family owned dealership. They offer great incentives and additions to the warranty that were important to us.

David Ford is incredible. He was my original salesperson for a new Honda Civic. Now that my lease expired, David went over and above to find me the best option. There was absolutely no pressure from him. He spent a lot of time searching the inventory and comparing prices to best meet my goals. I am very happy with David's service and will definitely buy my next Honda from him.

My car broke down and I came to this dealer for a reliable used car. Financed it, with a high interest rate. Keep in mind my credit score was great. A car worth 15k but wanted to sell it for 20k. I try to refinance with another bank and they ask for money down bc the car isn’t worth that much for them for the monthly payments they’re offering me. I will never come to this Honda again. Now I’m stuck with this big payment thanks to them. Car isn’t worth this much it had scratches on the rims.

I went here with my daughter who was looking to trade her car. She was interested in two different car models. They would only allow her to drive the more expensive model because the manager had something planned with his family and needed to leave. They added an additional $2500 to the price of the car for miscellaneous fees. When we questioned the manager about the fees, the outrageous down payment, and high monthly payments he acted like he had zero interest in selling a car and just wanted to get us out of the building. I would never purchase anything from them or recommend anyone going there.

Asheboro Honda has always been such a stellar place to do business with. Their sales staff is always so nice and low-pressure (no pressure really), and I always walk away super happy with any experience I’ve had. The same goes for their service department. They always do such a great job on my car and have always done what they can to help me save money. Last time I was there, they even made my car-enthusiast three year old feel so welcome and showed him some of the cars. My son couldn’t stop talking about it for the rest of the day. I will forever recommend Asheboro Honda to anyone!!

Just wanted to share my great experience at Asheboro Honda last night. On the way home, my Kia with 231k miles finally gave out on me, so knew it was time to buy a new car. Walked in 1 hour before closing at Asheboro Honda and Aaron Bell greeted me. Asked what I was looking for and showed me the new 2024 Accords. Was able to explain all the differences between the different trims and made my decision easy! Not at any time did I feel rushed or not important even though the dealership had already closed by the time I got into finance. Whole process took 2 hours and was out the door with my new 2024 Accord Hybrid 2k under MSRP! So if you're looking for a new car, go see Aaron! He'll take great care of you

I had one of the best car buying experiences I had ever had with everyone here at Asheboro Honda. I found a super clean vehicle with low miles that was immaculate at a great price, and Oscar (and all of the associates) were super responsive and professional. Couldn’t have asked for an easier buying experience, and would definitely take a look on their lot if you are in the market to buy a vehicle!!

Was shopping for a new car and reached out to Asheboro Honda; just trying to get a few quotes. They ultimately had the best price and within hours I was driving down there to pick up my new car. Everything was quick and no hassle. Not a single issue to be had! Sucks that I won't be able to use some of the dealership incentives due to distance, but very happy that our car buying experience was so worry free!

An amazing place to take your Honda. Most dealerships don’t care about the person at all. They just get your car do the work and move on to the next person. Asheboro Honda did an amazing job. Told me everything that was going on with my car start to finish. The tech send me a video inspection of my car to show me that everything was great. Preformed the work and had me out of there in no time. Every need work done or just a simple oil change. I recommend Asheboro Honda.

I searched everywhere in a 5+ county radius to find a Honda CRV with all the safety features, in particular the Blind Spot Information System, which is a little harder to find these days. Asheboro Honda had that car and they were fantastic to deal with, and by that I mean engaging, customer oriented - probably the best car buying experience I ever had (and I've had a few cars in my 69 years). I had that car exactly 11 days when an uninsured driver came out of nowhere and hit me while I was sitting a stop sign and my dream car was totaled.Because of the excellent service I got with the first car, I called Asheboro Honda and told them my situation, and that I really wanted a car as much like the one I had just bought a month earlier as possible. Well, lo and behold they told me that a couple of cars would be coming in that would fit the bill. And sure enough, one of the cars was almost a carbon copy of the first one. I was ecstatic! The sales person that I dealt with both the first and the second time around was Oscar Robles and he could not have been more helpful - in terms of customer service, ease of dealing with their team, and overall effort to find the right car for me. I would highly recommend them if you are Honda shopping!

I'm a repeat customer here. Bought my last three cars here. My most recent purchase is a 2023 Civic Sport. All the staff are friendly.Theirs not a time that I've went in for service that my salesman hasn't made time to spend a few minutes conversing with me. If you haven't, you should try Asheboro Honda for your next vehicle.
