The bad reviews are real!!! Terrible customer service! I called to speak about a Honda CRV that was advertised as 1 price and then I was told the out the door price was nearly $4,000 more. Typically a mark up and fees is expected but $4,000 more is a bit of a reach. I expressed that they should be honest with the figures and was met with snappy remarks from Keisha their employee. I let her know that her attitude and the way that things were not being told up front lost her a sale. I would not recommend this dealership. I bought a brand new Honda last year and had excellent customer service from Burlington. This type of bad service must be tolerated at this Asheboro location, beware!

I went here with my daughter who was looking to trade her car. She was interested in two different car models. They would only allow her to drive the more expensive model because the manager had something planned with his family and needed to leave. They added an additional $2500 to the price of the car for miscellaneous fees. When we questioned the manager about the fees, the outrageous down payment, and high monthly payments he acted like he had zero interest in selling a car and just wanted to get us out of the building. I would never purchase anything from them or recommend anyone going there.

Very polite and helpful. They are not there to drain your wallet. Bought a brand new 2023 Civic sport there and got a great deal on it and have been loving it since. If you have questions they answer them and help with what you need. Service center was awsome they aim to work on your car right and get you in and out

Don’t get in a hurry if you come here. I bought a service contract with my car. First time here it was almost a two hour wait with an appointment. I am here now for my second service appointment. I’m going on an hour and 40 minutes and still waiting.Update. It has now been over two hours and I am still waiting.

I would give zero stars if I could! Buyer beware! Take whatever vehicle you are looking at to a mechanic to check prior to buying it! They sold me one that wouldn't pass their own inspection due to it having a bad frame. Patched in multiple places, and major frame rust. My mechanic said it is NOT SAFE TO DRIVE, and I need to park it. They DID NOT make me aware of this, but there's no way they missed it because they did a brake line replacement under it. They even signed a document stating the vehicle was not damaged.I've had it for a little bit, but my mechanic and everyone I speak to about it says there's NO WAY the frame would have rusted like that in the time that I've owned it. I checked the carfax, and it shows its from Maryland (explains the rust). Don't trust the off-brand carfax they try to show you, it won't bring up the history as well as carfax. So now I cannot sell it due to safety reasons, AND I have to pocket the expense of the frame repair. I did take my vehicle back to them to see if they would attempt to make things right, they straight out refused to buy it back because it would not pass their safety inspection. But it was fine to sell it to me with safety issues. One of the salesmen even told me that the prior sales manager would sell vehicles like that. My family has bought MULTIPLE vehicles from Asheboro Honda, but will NOT ever again.Have a mechanic check your vehicles, you may have to pay a small fee but it will save you money in the long run especially when Asheboro Honda wants to sell unsafe vehicles.

Personal very professional. I like that you receive a text with the information and also you can text back. I bought my car here, so I receive free state inspections for life. There are vending machines and coffee.

Purchased a used vehicle from them in may. 2 days later I had a check engine light come on and the car would turn completely off in the middle of driving. When I called Caleb he assured me the problem would be taken care of. 3 visits later no results. In fact on my last visit last week was told to take it to gmc. Funny thing is why did I pay for a power train warranty with zero deductible if serviced by Honda to be told they don't work on my car smh. After taking car to gmc they found 5 stored codes and 2 new ones. It is a shady business practice to reset check engine light and tell me car is in great shape and since purchase I have been dealing with power failure constantly the entire time. Also 1 day after purchase kids got in back seat and rolled the windows down and the could only be rolled up from driver door controls. Again Caleb tells me they just fixed that before you picked up the car. Of car was in great shape why was repairs being done to it the day prior to pick up? I will never shop at Honda of asheboro again and I advise that you don't either or deal with a lemon. Shady business practice. The car was filthy at pick up and missing rear climate control buttons. Furious is not the word. But hey you will reap what you sow. Save yourself the hassle and visit one of the many other car lots in asheboro. Never again I promise. And I will do my best to spread the word to anyone who will listen. Not only do I have car payments but now also constant repair bills to make my vehicle drivable. Do better Honda of asheboro do better

Do NOT take your vehicle here!!!I took my ‘08 Ridgeline to have diagnostics done on the transmission on 5/18(9 days ago). I told them something was wrong with the transmission. I sat and waited for over an hour, which is fine, I wanted them to be thorough. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the transmission but that I needed swaybar links. Today, I was stranded on the side of the road because my truck would no longer move and the automatic transmission temperature light came on. I called the dealership and spoke with Gabriel, gave him my information. He said that he would call for towing and have it towed to the dealership for me and he would call me right back. That was well over an hour ago and I have yet to receive a return phone call. Thank goodness I had friends that live close by that could come get me. I’m just glad I did not have my four-year-old son in the vehicle with me. My question is, did they even look at the truck? Did they dismiss me telling them that there was something wrong with the transmission because I’m a woman? Or do they really just not care?Services: Transmission
