They were compassionate and understanding. We tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment with reg vet and others... couldn't get in for weeks... Yes, weeks. Carolina saw us right away. Let's just say, it did not end well. But Carolina was great - compassionate, understanding, gave us time, can't say enough. If I could give them a 10 out of 5, I would. Loving people.

Dr Yow and her assistant were great with my blue heeler mix also front desk staff were great too, and very reasonable on their prices..should have been coming here all along..and also when I had a second appointment for my hound mix Bailey ..Dr. Yow and her assistant are awesome..

Took our German Shepherd in recently for what we thought was a hip issue but was actually a knee problem. They suggested some medication and she’s doing so much better. They were great with her and everyone was super friendly. One of the best parts though was the price. Everything was reasonable. I highly recommend.

I love this office and staff. Dr Dinsmore is the best hands down ! We have been taking our fur babies here for years .. the only issue I have is that when AVG bought the practice appts were not as available as they once were - same day for acute visits or even timely visits for a check up .. I know this is not the staffs fault which is why I left 5 stars- but the management needs to be aware that the appts is a huge issue ! A dog that is bleeding should not have to wait 6 days to be seen for an appt .. period

We took our kitten there on the 8 th of this month cause she wasn’t her self and they sent us home with dewormer and said she’ll be fine mind you she lost 1.75 lbs in like four days so we gave her the meds as prescribed and now today Sunday July 14 th we have been at the after hours vet clinic and after 6 hours of them trying to help her nothing is working ! Mind you if the vet did his job on Monday instead rushing and lying on paper work then my kitten would still be alive . He didn’t even want to run blood work or an other test and money is not an issue when it comes to our animals and kids ! I don’t recommend this place at also she now weights .98 from the 8 th till now so instead of hr suffering the drs here gave us the opinion to put her to sleep so she wasn’t in pain or take her home in the condition she is in and pain and she will suffer ! So we opt to put her to sleep !!!! Dan Dinsmore shame on you

I’ve been to Asheboro Animal Hospital for emergency care, surgeries and regular scheduled visits with dogs and cats. With all they’ve been nothing but GREAT! Very accommodating, even if they haven’t seen the animal before, which is rare with vets in town. I think I’ve seen every doc that works there (at least 3!) and they’ve all been attentive and informative with any issues my animals have presented. Had a retired military working dog that was potentially aggressive and they handled him like he was a puppy, which put him right at ease! I know vet trips can be aggravating but I honestly look forward to going to Asheboro Animal Hospital!

Been going here forever! Dr. Dan is awesome! They really helped me tremendously when I ran Asheboro Boxer Rescue. I'm just seeing them again after adopting my new nubbie Shelby. I highly recommend ????????????????
