I was s mechanic for a lot of years. So when I say I have purchased parts everywhere Im not pissing in a fan and telling you it's raining. But here is one key difference. I don't care as much when I'm spending someone else's money. I'm like "Give the best you got with lifetime warranty and free replacement . Also I want my labor covered too. However when it's my money I don't go to Auto Zone or Advance. I buy all my parts from Amazon. They are 50 to 75 percent cheaper and I don't have to educate a counter person on what it is I'm needing. These auto parts stores Mark things up as a matter of convenience. Walmart sells oil and filters bulbs and fuses. All cheaper. Moral is don't be a sucker. Shop around.

These guys are always quick to help either on the phone or in person as soon as you walk in, they ask what you are looking for when you tell them they immediately pull it up on the computer or if it's something out on the floor they guide you to it and will walk you through your options I've never had a bad experience with this store they are the best 93 Miata

If you need parts, this is the place to go. Don't go across the street to yhat other place. The people here are nice, friendly and honest. They are more concerned with helping you than just getting a sale.

Needed a battery and got one fast and quick, installed cheaper than the dealership by $50. Plus they had one in stock. Dealership said it would be a week.

8.5/10 times I go in they got the part but tend to be able to get the part I need However the younger guys are clueless about cars and but the older guys are spot on most the time

Went here because my car broke down right in front of them. I purchased the piece I needed and had asked to héroe some tools. Then said no to me but while I was fixing it with the tools I had to purchase they let someone else uses there tools. Lady told me they don’t lend them. She was an older lady with glasses. Very rude to me and my family.

They're service for me is great everytime the lady employee waits on me .she gives me my V.A. discount and she installed my wipers and checks under hood and battery.
