Shopping for storage building. Liked the buildings pricing was good. Only problem was in delivery once building is purchased it can take weeks to get delivered guess that why so many are marked sold and still sitting on lot.

The entire time my husband and I were there someone was in the office, but never bothered to come out. We are ready to buy a storage building but I don't think it will be from here. They have some nice looking buildings but I wasn't impressed enough to check any further with these guys. Sorry, but customer service is important to me. If you don't care enough to come check on a customer and offer your help, you won't get my business.

Getting the storage building was fine. We paid double the monthly payments and ended up getting a notice that we were behind on payments. My husband explained that he had been paying twice as much each month on time and the lease company chose not to cash the checks until after the due date. They were giving us false late payments. That was figured out.
Next, we moved to a new home and were trying to schedule them to move our storage building. That was always an issue trying to get it moved. My husband would get a call and say that a driver would be there in 3 hours to move the building, and that is all the notice we would get. We always had to turn them down because we had to move all of our stuff out of it. We ended up giving up trying to have them move it.
Lastly, we decide that we just don’t want the building anymore. My husband called the company and told them this on a Monday. He was told we had two weeks to remove all of our items. My husband got half of our things out by Wednesday. By Friday, when he went to get the remainder of our items, the building was gone! With our belongings still in it!
Not sure what the deal is with this leasing company, but they have been a nightmare to work with. If you want a building from here, just buy it outright if you can so you can avoid any of these situations.
