Price gouging because of the hurricane. $12 for a basic car wash that only mildly got my car clean. Worst car wash around.

All of the zips seem to have gone downhill. They used to prerinse particularly dirty areas of the car... No more. Vacuums also have lost suction. Normally it wouldn't bother me but for the cost and with post Helene clean up trying to happen it's disappointing to have to take your car home to rewash it. Especially when you know that fine dust is scratching everything since it's being rubbed into the paint dry

I have never had a bad experience with Zips, but today was an exceptional experience worth sharing - and promoting. I traded my car in, and the dealer took my Zips RFID tag and put in the new car. Went for my first car wash today, but the tag wouldn’t recognize. The car wash was BUSY -so busy - but Cody took the time to get my tag updated, and even walked out and put the new tag on so it would be right. A monthly subscription to Zips is a great way to keep your car clean, and their top notch service is the best part. Highly recommend Zips on Airport Road!

Another $30 wash and left with a rather dirty car.. I don't know why I keep convincing myself 'it cant be as bad as it's always been before'. Id be upset if I only paid $10. Seriously, I'm done with this place. It's the only car wash that disappoints.
