Jess arrived on time, was very professional, easily answered all my questions and explained what she was doing as she did the inspection, and was able to make repairs and clean the equipment thoroughly. I appreciate her showing me where and how to turn off the propane into the fireplace for emergencies. There was a small leak that she was able to repair quickly. She is very pleasant and answers questions in a very nice way. She knows her job well and works quickly and efficiently, leaves the work area very clean.
Hope she will be able to do our inspection next year.

She knew the fireplace, took it apart and cleaned it appropriately, and reassembled it. Tested it and it worked.

Jess was awesome and explained her processes while we observed her clean and test our very dirty unit. Although she was quite knowledgeable and thorough, the service was expensive!

Juan and his fellow technician arrived on time. They were both professional, knowledgeable about the process, and answered our questions thoroughly. They were also considerate about the noise level and Careful not to cause any safety risks for my husband and I as we were both working from home that day. We have had different technicians from rights coming to our home several times, and this is always the case. We highly recommend them. You should call them Today Before it gets cold! Amazing Service fireplace/gas logs look wonderful, nice and clean. Juan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I had just moved in my home 4 months ago and not had gas logs in a very long time, so I needed some guidance on using them. I would highly recommend Wrights Hearth Heat & Home.

Jess was fantastic! She was very sweet and kind with myself and my big ole dog. She did a wonderful job cleaning our fireplace. She went over everything with me and showed me what to look for and what we needed to do. Which is super helpful, seeing helps 100x better than just telling me. They also were nice enough to let us reschedule to a later time without any hassles.
