I am happy with the way Wells Fargo bank agents work, they always help me to understand this or that problem that I have. I would especially like to mention the agent, Andres Cedeno, he has repeatedly helped me in solving my issues.

Wells Fargo and their customer service is pathetic. As a long time customer, being treated as horribly as I have is unjustified. I’m sure the millions of fake accounts they opened, and billions of dollars in fines has contributed to this mess.
