Ive been with straight talk for years then just didn’t have a phone number for years. Wanted to say abbi was an amazing person, who helped us in all kinds of ways. She’s a great sales woman! And did everything quick so my mother could get to work. Just wanted to say thank you and she is a hard worker. If I could give 10 plus stars I would. Much appreciated. 3 of us walked out with new phones and I can’t thank her enough for making it to easy for us, she made the experience 100000xs better, truly an amazing worker!!

I cannot say enough good things about Karyna! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such a calm, warm energy that immediately made us feel at ease. She was incredibly soft-spoken, patient, and kind — the kind of person who genuinely makes you feel cared for.
What impressed us most was how knowledgeable she was. Karyna knew exactly what she was doing and explained everything clearly without ever being pushy or overwhelming. She made a potentially stressful experience smooth, simple, and even enjoyable.
If you’re ever at Verizon and have the chance to work with Karyna, consider yourself lucky. She’s a true gem and a perfect example of what exceptional customer service looks like. She deserves a raise or a bonus!

The absolute worst customer service. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. This store has lied to me the last two times I upgraded my phone. The change your plan and tell you you'll have all the same services with minimal price increase. Then they charge you more or claim certain features are not included when the first billing shows up. I went to the store because when they changed my plan instead of continuing my voice to text feature they put it in as a promo and after 30 days it said I needed to pay for a subscription. That was part of my plan/cost for the last 10 years. They just taxed on more charges to the account because they claim the salesperson misspoke. Misspoke? No she lied. Bait and switch twice now at this store. My bill is now 296.00 a month. Im changing carriers after 20+ years because of this stores incompetence.

First off Andrew is a horrible person. He lied to me about everything & didn't even try to give me a promotion for being a loyal customer. I've been with Verizon for MANY years & have never been so disrespected. All he did was try to make me spend more money. I'm too upset to even go on further about it , just know don't get anything from them.

“Agents” stand around and not helpful or willing to assist. Canceled my walk in appointment and let me and a few customers stand in store while they talked about their weekend plans and had no Interest in their job. I wish I could give worse stars.

I was met at the door. Explained what problem I had with my phone. The employee helped me to a chair to sit. Showed me how to fix my phone. Was so nice!!

This store needs to invest in hearing aids for there employees. When i speak on what I'm about to spend money on you better lesson to what i want not what you think is best for me it's my dam money. O and i am still not a Verizon customer with straight talk i dont have to talk to some hippie that dont know what the hell he is selling
