Alexis helped me when she didn't have to nor did I know I needed help. I wasn't happy with that store at the time either, I still like that store. But she is fantastic. Got to the problems and took action. She didn't borne training to explain the why my account was wrong because I would've understood, I'm the customer, I just want it fixed and not worry. Alexis did that for me. Top marks!

After 10 years with Verizon, I have switched carriers. My Verizon account was hacked the end of October. I have spent 2 1/2 months with charges that were not mine. Hours on hold, back and forth between fraud and customer service. Customer service in store or by phone doesn’t seem to care. Was sold this past Saturday a new iPad because mine would not take a charge, all I needed was a new cord and plug. This was dishonest! I will spread the word to all I meet as to how bad and most expensive service! Cut my bill by 60 % going with a competitor.

Well it took us almost a week just to stop there service ? when we got the phone ? they told us 1 price and when we paid the phone off it was $30 more we went to 5 places be4 we got it canceled so do they need a star that would be a no and they kept half of our money and we had already changed the sim's card so please tell me how that works what a joke???? Do I want this posted that's a big yes

Was a good staff, very impressive and knowledgeable about the service offered. Talked so I could understand him. AT&T salesperson I spoke to was a very fast talker and could not understand what was said.

We went to get my uncles phone activated for the pay as you go plan they were trying to rip us off they trying to say it would cost $80.00 a month don't use Verizon they are crooks!

Horrible..... under staffed, slow and borderline rude. Make you sign..... then wait forever. Go to Best Buy. Great service better stock and they are trying to up sell you.

Listen to the other reviews on here, unlike I did. I told them I wanted whatever the newest version phone was, which they said was the iPhone 11. Ok cool. They even price out the 11 to me, all good. I get home and open the box and it's an iPhone XR. I didn't set it up, put it right back in the box and went right back to the store the next morning. Was told that thats what was on my acct now, so that must've been what I asked for. (Wrong). But they tell me I can exchange it, and pay a $50 restocking fee. And now it's a just matter of he said she said and clearly there is little to no customer appreciation at this location. And now I find out that the iPhone 12 just came out so this phone that I did not request, is now two versions old. Head my advice, go to a different store.

Came in on a Tuesday around 3:30, stood around for over an hour and no one spoke to me since I had walked through the door. Not many customers in the store and about 5 or 6 different employees. Other people that had come in after me were also being helped before, when there was supposed to be a "waiting list". Awful customer service.

The sales person, Torrence was very helpful and stayed with us for 4+ hours. But that's the issue right there. FOUR + HOURS. I had AT&T & My fiancé had T-Mobile. He had a phone from Apple, which is automatically unlocked, and I had AT&T phone which is compatible with Verizon. I had to get off my moms account and my Fiancé had to get off his parents account. After 4 hours we were given temporary numbers to go home with (because we wanted to keep our numbers but Verizon couldn't immediately get them to us). We were told that at a certain time that if we turn our phones off and then on again our new numbers would just be set onto our phones. Not the case. Four hours later we still had temp. numbers and didn't know what those numbers even were. We went back. Got it sorted out in about 2 more hours and finally could use our new service. 2 Stars for the patience of customer service but -2 for efficiency
