Worst post office I have been to, the staff is rude...does not like questions.

Really frustrated. I ordered from Amazon recently: half of the package was sent via Amazon directly, half was sent by USPS. The half that was sent by Amazon had no issues and was delivered right to my front door, even arrived before estimated day. The half sent by USPS was failed to be delivered. Why?“Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible.” I live at at an apartment where the door is easily accessible. My video doorbell registered no attempt at delivery.
Last time this happened, it was a 50 lb bag of dog food. When I was serviced by the other USPS office, no issues. I moved and was serviced by this office, suddenly there are unable to delivery. Why? Mailbox is too small. Yes, obviously, it’s a 50 lb bag. Another time, they’re delivering certified mail. Unable to deliver. Why? No one there to sign for it. Did they come to my front door and knock? Nope. They went to the apartment mail boxes and attempted to deliver it there. Obviously there was no one to sign. I don’t live in the dang mail box. Absolutely atrocious service from a clearly very lazy or overworked postal worker. I’m not ordering things anymore unless they’re being delivered by FedEx, UPS, or Amazon.

Over the past year I have rarely gotten my packages. Driver won't even get out to walk package to door and either crams them in the mail box or says no door access.. Which is open and can be viewed from road. I go to the office itself liking for packages to be told it's always a computer glitch. Heard to get money returned if supplier has the info it was delivered. I am home all day, work from home.. And camera shows it was never delivered

The staff is very helpful especially for overseas shipping. It is my favorite post office in the area. I may have a longer wait time after posting this review.

Have ordered quite a few things online from a nearby company that uses this postal office. Each time, it spends 5-7 days (In there possession)(package acceptance pending) before it gets shipped out. Pretty consistent.

I just know that one of the mail sorters that's works graveyard smokes meth daily which means it comes thru your pores. People.could have meth residue on their mail!

I asked for a little piece of tape that was sitting on the counter to mail my letter. And the lady pretty much pitch to fit and gave me this lecture it's only for United States postal service customers But I feel like I'm a customer too. She was very rude. So now I go to the post office down in Skyland

My ex was having divorce paperwork sent to me to sign so I can get a divorce. They were supposed to have someone sign for it. No one did and they stuck it in the mailbox instead. She is supposed to get a card from the post office to take to the judge but now she can't because they stuck it in the mailbox instead of attempting to drive 100 feet to the house to check if anyone was home and if not they could have kept it at the post office for me to pick up and sign when I had the chance. Is that illegal to do when it's got to have a signature to even get delivered. This isn't professional. I've worked for Amazon and I had to go to the house to deliver the package even if they fit in the mailbox because it's illegal for me to put a package in the mailbox and I knew that. If it needed a signature I made sure to get one or it didn't get delivered. Very unprofessional.

I submitted a claim for a lost package after checking my mailbox for said package when I received a notice that it had been delivered. After checking my mailbox, doorstep, and checking with my apartment complex's leasing office, the package was missing. Two days later the apartment complex called to let me know another resident had received my mail in their mailbox, even thought it had the correct address. Great! I fianlly got my package. However I received a call shortly after from this post office rudely and shortly telling me to "check my mailbox before submitting complaints" with no further options to seek assistance. When I called back, the same individual told me I was wrong, and the package was in my mailbox (even though it was clearly delivered to the wrong address). Thanks for nothing! Happy to know my missing packages will be disregarded when the postal worker makes a common mistake instead of taking acountability.
