The employees at store # 5644 have always done a terrific job, but today they went above and beyond the call of duty. They worked hard to ensure that I received the lowest possible shipping cost, and made a courtesy call after the fact to ensure that I was cared for as a customer. I am really impressed with their professionalism.

Put your returns in a box before you get there of they will charge you a minimum of $15 to send it back. No additional charge for the attitude.

Chasity created a “Congrats” wedding banner. Looks wonderful. Also a great poster board with specially designed invite of the happy couple. Very professional & easy to work with on our custom needs. Will always think of UPS for printing needs in the future.

I recently visited the UPS Store to return an Amazon package and brought the original shipping box, thinking it could be reused for the return. A young man, likely in his 20s, informed me they couldn’t use that box to ship the item back. I then asked if he could break it down and place it in their recycling bin for me.
He responded that they don’t take boxes and suggested I walk around to the back of the building and place it in the recycling dumpster myself. I’m 68 years old and walk with a cane, so walking around back wasn’t a simple task. I chose instead to return to my car and drive around to the dumpster.
As I pulled up to the recycling area, the same young man happened to be outside taking out the store’s trash. He saw me and began walking toward my car, appearing as if he was finally going to take the box from me. But by that point, I was already getting out of my car with my cane.
I looked at him and said, “Absolutely not.” The point had already been made—he wasn’t willing to assist me when it mattered inside the store, so I would take care of it myself. He turned around and walked back inside as I placed the box in the recycling bin.
Moral of the story: A little courtesy goes a long way—especially from the start.
