From our first contact with Billy Justice over at Union moving and transfer, the experience for exceeded our expectations. We were moving from North Carolina to Tennessee. I had contacted a couple of other national movers and had been told that it would take up to five days for our belongings to get to our destination. When I spoke to Billy, he was able to give us a very reasonable quote as well as a 24 hour turnaround. The entire process was more seamless than I could’ve ever expected. Three men showed up on the day of the move on time and ready to work. They handled our belongings that like they were the Mona Lisa! Everything arrived on time and with no damage. The team who moved us were Noah, Mark and Angel. I can’t say enough good things about their kindness and efficiency. I would highly recommend this team if you’re doing a move in North Carolina.

Professional, professional and professional. Great job. No issues and not a scratch on the furniture or the walls in the move. Guys were friendly and moved quickly to get the job done. Recommend in a heartbeat.

Jeremy and his staff were amazing moving our mom from Independent to the Assisted living facility. I called Jeremy crying because I couldnt be there for health issues . Needed someone to stage her new room and make it feel like home for it. Jeremy told me he understood and not to worry that he would find one of his employees to help out. He is amazing and understands how upsetting this is for familes to go through. His employee De was amazing. She spent all day putting things where they needed to go and looked best and convenient for our mom. Anyone in this same situation needs dont stress anymore. Call Jeremy and he and his staff will get it done and make you feel at ease. Thank you guys so much from the bottom of our heart. Could not have done it without yall. If I could give yall 10 stars I definitely would. Thanks Jenny

Best moving company ever. We have moved 9 times in 33 years and have always had problems with movers but not Union Transfer. Jeremy and his team were professional and courteous and quick. No walls were damaged and the move went super smoothly.

Absolutely horrible! Workers were VERY rude, broke a dresser and TV, just dropped stuff and showed zero concern. Bottom of the barrel.

I used Union Transfer and Storage for a cross country move. It was very helpful to be able to keep my stuff stored with them for a few months before I knew where I wanted everything delivered to. Brian was amazing at helping me through it all and Jeremy was amazing with helping me through a small challenge and helping me to resolve it quickly. All of my stuff arrived when it was supposed to. I highly recommend them for any move!

We have used Union Transfer and Storage twice and each experience was top rate. The movers were quick, efficient, and very careful with our furniture. The booking process was handled exceptionally well and we were called before the move to confirm date and time. We told the agent that we liked the first moving crew and he made sure we got the same crew for our second move. We can't imagine a better moving experience. We highly recommend Union Transfer and Storage.

Exceeded our expectations! What a crew! Polite, caring, hard working and a pleasure to interact with! Justin, Cam, Sashe & Noah! If I hadn’t retired I would without a doubt have found a way to have them on my team! It’s easy to find a reason to not leave a review, but the entire Union Transfer team earned their 5 stars! They did the old fashioned way, they put the customer first!!

I had a very expensive medical bed that was supposed to be delivered by another company. The truck didn't have 4x4 so he couldn't deliver the bed. He dropped it in my driveway and left. I panicked as inclimate weather was coming in. I called Union Transfer and Storage and talked with Jeremy. He miraculously pulled together a crew and then dispatched them within the hour. A crew of 4 showed up with a lift truck. They maneuvered the bed into the truck and got it to the house. They then put it on a flat bed dolly and wheeled the bed through the house. They unpackaged and set the bed up and took away the trash. This company went above and beyond and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you from me and my 92 year old Dad.
