I had some questions before determining what recommended service was needed and Neal was very helpful talking it through over the phone. It was easy to make the appointment on-line to fit my schedule. I got reminders to help me keep track. Clayton was courteous at check-in and it took no time at all for the drop off. It was finished in the time period that they said and I received a call from Clayton when it was done. No long lines either time. The work was done correctly. Everything that I could hope for.

I do not like leaving reviews but gonna make an exception for this one been taking all my vehicles to be repaired here for years but will no more sunshine Chevrolet has two service advisors in their service department been dealing with Michael for a couple weeks about fixing a oil leak on my Tahoe been very helpful trying to help me so the day I was going to leave my vehicle to be repaired to fix the rear main seal and replace the oil pan gasket Michael gave me a dollar amount but wouldn’t be exact till parts were added to the amount and I felt comfortable with that so I made plans to take it and drop it off and when I got their Michael wasn’t their so I told the other service advisor which I’m only gonna call him Mr (better not say) ask me how many miles were on it and I said not sure I’ll have to go see I said it was over a hundred thousand I’m sure then he proceeded to tell me if it’s over a hundred thousand miles that the only way he would do it would be to pull the motor looking at him shocked I asked what would that cost and he replied $4500.00 he said the only way that they could guarantee it not to leak was to pull the motor and replace all the seals so I then I hang my head because i felt defeated at that point and said we ain’t pulling the motor and mr(better not say) said then we ain’t going to be fixing it then so then I said just forget it and walked out not leaving my vehicle but in my conversations with Michael he never said anything about my vehicle being over a hundred thousand miles and would have to pull the motor to do all of that so the next day I call to make a complaint and after getting transferred to the person i was supposed to talk to I left a message to call me so after not receiving a call back the next day I went online and sent messages to please call me and with no surprise still no call so let’s see what happens after this review I really don’t know why mileage would have to do with this repair a good mechanic would drop the drive shaft plus the transmission transfer case and unhook anything else that needed to be then taking a transmission jack dropping it down and out of the way replace all the parts and put it all back together job done when did the job require pulling the motor because it’s over a hundred thousand miles unless service advisor makes commission off sales if that’s the case let this man keep up the good work won’t be getting my business anymore

They took care of my recall on my truck in a timely manner, and gave me a tire rotation also. They performed the maintenance on the exact time they said it would take. Service manager was also easy to speak to.

Went with my son for his first car purchase. He bought a Tesla from them, and they were great. Salesmen John and Martin were very kind and helpful. My son is VERY HAPPY with his experience and purchase, as am I. Thank you guys for making his first car buying experience enjoyable!

We looked for several weeks for a car for our daughter. We kept coming back to this website and after speaking with the sales team on the phone, we decided to make the trip. We left this week with the perfect car for her and got the best service. Max was our salesman and Seth was the finance manager. We could not have asked for better. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our purchase and made the entire process easy! We highly recommend this dealership!

Great overall experience. Only criticism I can give is communication. Service advisor didn't recommend any additional service needs. The next day I get a call stating I had declined some additional service. I responded "yes" to wanting a quote for additional service, but I have not heard from anyone. My guess is, there is no additional service needed.

Martin Tellez and Seth Parker were wonderful to work with. Martin was very knowledgeable about our Colorado and any other truck we asked about. He made the experience seamless and effortless. Seth answered all our questions and more during the financing process. He made the paperwork process a breeze to get done. With a team like that, you can't go wrong! I loved the coffee bar set up in the client area! A nice touch in a dealership!
