Mr Coleman provides top notch customer service. He walked me around the facility and showed me everything I would need to know about entering and exiting the building, payment drafts, pro rating monthly bills when you are finished with storage needs. I wouldn’t hesitate sending my family and friends there. They came highly recommended to us by friends who had recently moved. If you like excellent customer service this is the place for your storage needs! Great prices too!!!

I've been with this storage company for several years. I'm trying to contact someone in the system to move out. I've been calling and emailing for several days. Apparently, You need to make an appointment to move out. They also sent an insurance form to fill out. As I have already submitted a third party form, I'm trying to contact my unit to clarify this. Unfortunately, I'm being ghosted. The person who answers is not with the unit...just national.. I've spoken with 8 people so far... still no response from my unit in arden, nc.
Seems like it's easy to book a unit, but impossible to leave. This is a new policy. I was alwaus able to contact the unit directly..I'd be careful signing up

I rented a unit this morning and Heather couldn't have made it a better experience. She was very patient in explaining everything and her tour and suggestions were excellent. It was a great process from start to finish.

Renting online was very easy and also gave you a much better price! Shortly after completing my rental application and signing the agreement, again online, I had a follow-up call from the local storage facility thanking me and providing details which was totally unexpected but greatly appreciated! I will definitely be referring my friends to Go Store It.

Austin was very helpful explaining everything and answering my questions. He is a very good representative of the company.
My second encounter at Go Store-It in Arden was as pleasant as the first. The woman who assisted me was quick and informative. She was also a good representative of the company.
I have felt safe each time I visited the storage whether day or night. And, the place is always clean.

Nice place but out of nowhere raised our monthly payment by 35% without responding to any of our emails. No explanation was provided. Will not be using them again

This is a great Go Store It location. Easy parking, easy access to units, clean and safe. Management is easy to work with and responsive. Prices are good for the area as well.

We rented two units for about seven months. We had a great experience moving in and moving out. Jan was very helpful and polite. The units were clean, and the location was very well maintained. I would definitely rent from them again.
