These ppl were incredible! They were very friendly and explained everything to me and then they fixed my beloved Silverado from an accident and it's like new again! They kept me updated throughout the process and between them and Geico, it was a very smooth experience... I'm so grateful to have taken my truck to them... Highly recommend.

Never take your vehicle to this place even as a last resort.
I took my 2024 Toyota Camry there for a bumper repair. At first the staff was extremely friendly and professional.
However once I picked up my vehicle I noticed a grease thumb print on my sun visor. I was able to clean that off.
Two or three weeks of driving my Fixed vehicle my bumper began to separate from the vehicle.
I called them immediately and let them know what was happening. The main adjuster asked me to send pictures of it, and I did. I brought the vehicle in for him to personally inspect because he said he needed to make sure the bumper had not sustained any new damage. I assured him it had not. I brought the vehicle in and it was determined that there was a issue with the bumper from the manufacturer.
I scheduled the vehicle for the second time. This time I told the adjuster that I understand mistakes happen. I HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH lots of stress in my life[my child has been hospitalzed] so I asked them to make sure it was fixed correctly.
I went to go pick up my vehicle the second time. I arrived and inspected the work. It was horrible. There was a small black indention on the corner of the bumper. I went in and spoke with the adjuster and he said I thought your main concern was the bumper being put back on.
I was extremely frustrated and said yes on correctly.
To their credit they did attempt to put paint on the spot until I could reschedule for the third time to have it fixed correctly.
As I was driving home I noticed a spot on the steering wheel that had been scuffed. The scuff marks looked like they came from some kind of tool. I relayed this information to Christopher. He advised he would look at it when I dropped the vehicle off for the third time.
I finaly went back to get my vehicle and they had finally fixed the bumper. However the denied doing the damage to the steering wheel. They stated I could not prove it was them that did it. I advised them that I drive the vehicle daily and I know it was not there when I dropped the vehicle off. It is a brand new vehicle.
I was given the number to the district manager. I attempted to contact her and no big surprise she did not answer. I was unable to leave her a message.
I called back and spoke with the shop manager and he said the scrape that has divets in a line could have been caused by my wedding ring. I do not where a wedding ring.
INTEGRITY IS A BIG ISSUE. Please please do not take your vehicle here.
A new vehicle will be returned in worse condition guaranteed.

Did a pretty good job took longer because of staffing issue only thing i can say lady up front always nice and polite the guy was a bit rushy but there busy we understand completely would use again there close to us

UPDATE: Picked up my 2023 Jeep Renegade today and it looks absolutely fantastic! Like new and like it should be. These guys here worked hard to fix another locations mess and I couldn't be happier with the attention to detail and honesty. Took these guys 3 days to fix what the Candler location messed up in 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend these guys for any autobody needs!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Dropped my car off yesterday. I'm apprehensive since another Joe Hudson location messed it up the first time, so I'm hoping they make it right. I felt faithful in their ability after speaking with the manager and seeing him acknowledge all the problems the other location caused. I will definitely post an update when my vehicle is done!
