I'm being generous here. We desperately needed a mattress. We bought a king for us and three more queens for the house. Nice salesman The delivery went very well. The queens are fine. But a week into sleeping in the Queen it actually hurt my husbands back, which they were informed he deals with a lifelong back injury from a car accident. Every store we spoke to offer a 120 days trial. Even now. We had it for 8 days. ( only because they are closed two days in the middle of the week). They offered to pick it up and give us 20% off another mattress. No refunds. No exchanged. It was nearly $1800.00 and they would not ( like the other three places I spoke with ) stand behind their product. Sad. So if you plan on buying a mattress I strongly suggest you try a company willing to stand behind what they sell. This one does not. We obviously went with another company that is willing ( in writing ) to guarantee what they sell.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Vincent directly over the phone during this COVID-19 pandemic. We were in the process of moving and badly in need of a mattress topper. Vincent personally returned my voicemail and I couldn’t be happier. The customer service we received was beyond 5 stars. There was originally a problem from the shipping side of things. When I called him it was taken care of IMMEDIATELY and I was sleeping comfortably in a matter of a couple days. We will be taking all of our business here!

A wonderful experience. This is a long-standing family business and they clearly love what they do. Excellent mattresses, many brands you won't see in the big stores, wide selection, good prices, organic and natural materials.

Be careful to do your research on the brands they sell before you go in. The manager tends to push certain ones. They were fair about exchanging accessories that didn't work out.

I have purchased three mattresses from this store and they have all been the best mattresses I have ever had. I have also purchased two heavenly mattress toppers here. The people working there really care about you. It is NOT your normal mattress store. Run, don't walk to this place! It is great!

I actually purchased a mattress from here a few years ago. Unfortunately there were some warranty issues so I gave the manager Amanda a call. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She stood behind their product and was very helpful in moving us to a better mattress with minimal cost. I would highly recommend coming here!

BEYOND PLEASED! I purchased not only a mattress but an adjustable base from Amanda-at SleepWorld. I couldn't be more pleased. Amanda took time to listen to my slumber needs. She took a great deal of time to educate me; who knew there was so much to buying a mattress?

The only store in town I've found that focused on my health issues rather than just trying to sell me a mattress. Got a great natural latex mattress for well under MSRP, and that small business care that chain stores cannot match.

We shopped at 5 stores for bedding. Amanda Crenshaw and Sleepworld were the best quality beds at the best price. They had a great selection and we described what we were looking for in both beds and our price range. She did not waste our time. She took us to see 4 beds for each that we could select from. The total ended up being less than the competition for much better quality. We bought them 8 months before needing them but she coordinated regularly to determine the best delivery date. The two gentleman who were delivering the beds showed up on time and did not mark up any walls in bringing in the beds and setting them up. They were courteous and worked fast. It has now been 4 months that we have been sleeping on them and we love them! Great rest on quality beds!!
