I am so pleased and thrilled with the pendant that we had made for my significant special birthday! We didn't really expect that it could be done by that date - However, I think I probably mentioned it a few times! :-) So exciting to see my imagination designed from a paper sketch, then finished in gold.... AND THEN it was even finished ahead of my special day! The work on it probably demanded some creative cartwheels, I'm sure, but I can tell that Darren is a real expert at doing such things. Honestly - to find someone who can take an idea from someone else's head, turns it into beautiful jewelry, and who truly cares about how his work makes others feel ... That is a real blessing! My service here was great! Darren quoted me a lower price over the phone for ring sizing and a much shorter turnaround time than anywhere else in the Asheville area, and he followed up on that! He's the guy that the other guys and jewelry stores go to to do the actual work. Go straight to the source for quick, affordable and quality work, and for friendly and wonderful service!

5 Stars to Darren and Lisa!! My ring is beautiful! They created an original 2 tone (rose gold/white gold) ring. It is everything he said it would be and more...I highly recommend them! We also got credit for our old rings gold and used existing stones. Price was reasonable too!

We bought a new wedding ring set for my wife from Pro Jeweler's. Darren and his wife were helpful and not pushy at all which we appreciated. We had priced a similar ring at Kay’s that was “on sale” and were able to get a 1/2 carat larger diamond that was better quality set in platinum instead of white gold for $2200 less through Pro Jewelers. Best of all the whole set was designed and personalized specifically the way we wanted it. We highly recommend them to everyone!

We had an amazing experience at Professional Jeweler's of Asheville. We upgraded to my dream wedding set after being married for 16 years. Darren and his wife were helpful friendly and never pushy! We were able to get a better higher quality set that was personalized and made just for me with a 1/2 carat larger Diamond for over $2200 less than Kay's price for a similar set- and Kay's was offering theirs on "sale"! Im so happy with how it turned out and can't stop staring at it, it also makes us feel great to know we didn't over pay like we almost did at a different Jewelry store! We highly recommend Pro Jeweler's of Asheville!

Words can’t express the gratitude I have for Darren of Professional Jewelers. I lost my wedding ring of 40 years, he saw my vision and was able to replicate it. He was very professional, and with his expertise added features that enhanced the beauty of the ring. Also, was done in a very timely fashion.
