“I had to take my 2013 Toyota Hylander in to have my driver's side rear view mirror replaced. The mirror only had been broken. The guys at Xpertech got me in quickly, ordered the part from the dealer and the very next week they installed it. The total was $132.38 which included labor and the parts! I was extremely happy! Especially as I know if I'd taken my vehicle to the dealer I would've paid a lot more! Thankyou Xpertech!”
“We are Canadians touring the Blue Ridge Parkway when the right front brake caliper ceased on our Jeep. These folks were kind enough to take on the job repairing our brakes immediately. They also took it upon themselves to store our roof mounted Kayak during the repair so the Jeep would fit on their hoist. Repair completed in a timely manor and job well done. Can't thank these folks enough!”

“I brought my car in around 11 in the morning. I got a call back from the mechanic maybe 20 minutes after I drop the car off. The mechanic was very detailed and his explanation. I was able to pick my car up the same day and the mechanic found a a problem with my brakes made an adjustment for free. with my brakes. Made an adjustment for free and advise me to add advise me To keep in mind that I have 10% of brake lining left on the one we all that was affected by an interference problem. Very professional.”

“After a remarkably poor experience with Valvoline in Arden, NC failing to tighten my fleet vehicle’s oil filter resulting in major staining to our new driveway, I had enough. I stopped by North Main Automotive to see the owner and speak with Heidi in the service department. These folks are wonderful. She took quite a bit of time going above and beyond to get registered as a vendor for our fleet management company. The end result is I was able to make an appointment just 2 days later to come back and have a new set of tires and oil change completed before a 1000 mile work trip. I’m thankful for these folks and look forward to continuing to support a local family and business.”

“Been using Quick Lane since buying my truck— as someone who prefers to do my own work, I’ve been very happy with their quality and professionalism. However, today, they went above and beyond after I got a flat shortly after getting a tire rotation. After a quick phone call, two techs came to my location to assess and repair; they knew I had my young son with me and made sure to respond quickly. Despite the issue being unrelated to services done that day (a big old bolt punctured it) I was not charged for anything. Thank you guys for always going the extra mile! You are very appreciated!”

Not only are they honest and reliable mechanics but they went above & beyond today by getting my brakes replaced so quick and affordable; but also for being so kind by offering to shuttle me home & back. By the way, their family business (of 60 years)was almost all but lost to the flooding from Helene last year, in their downtime they helped rebuild homes in our community. Now they're trying to rebuild their business with little help from outside-- please take your vehicle to them and/or look up their Go Fund Me and make a donation for the rebuild! “I've been coming to this location since I moved to hendersonville in 2020 and I've, by far had the best service. Sylvia, Sam & Steve and the rest of guys are so professional, knowledgeable and fast. I know my tires and knew I was in need of new ones as mine were showing some dry rot, I was reluctant to buy new ones right off the bat but I did my research and the guys gave me a great price and had my tires fitted in less than an hour. Even loaded my old tires into my car. I only went in for an oil change but come out with more. A safer running vehicle. I will recommend these guys to anyone, they also have a shop goat!!”
“I stopped by thus Valvoline location a few days ago. Jay's teams (of which I met Gale, Jaxson, and Matt) were all exceedingly wonderful. Gale was my main attendant and they really walked me through everything with my car while still keeping the visit surprisingly, Super Speedy. Everyone gave me lots of info and educated me about my car in a super comfortable manner. Overall, great team and amazing service. Again, Gale was a delight.”
“I changed my rating considering they offered to remedy my situation with a free oil change which would cover what I paid extra and compensate for my trouble.
(Still wishing they would just replace valve stems when installing new tires or at least give the customer the option to purchase new valve stems at an addition fair price.)

I purchased 4 new tires from them. Left and realized the tire pressure was super low in one tire. Had to go back another day and waited over 11/2 hours to have them replace a valve stem. I didn't have this problem with the old tires..Then they charged me $38 for it.
I'm sorry , but any reputable tire business replaces the valve stems when putting new tires on .. or at the very least checks them and replaces them if they look damaged with a small charge added to the new tire cost.... So now I spent over $700 on new tires with 3 remaining old valve stems that might have to be replaced one day soon considering they have a lifespan of 3-6 years.”

My car notified me of a nail in my tire 11/19 at 6:25pm as I pulled into church. Wal-Mart tire and auto Hendersonville was the only center open, so I called them.
Steve answered the phone at this location. I told him about the nail and my busy work schedule which depends on me to be punctual and he said he would see what he could do. He put me on hold, came back on the line and told me to come on by and the guys at Wal-Mart Hendersonville would help. Steve and James came through for me tonight. Thank you!!!!!!!”

“Altamont is hands down the best mechanic you will find in the Asheville area. Zach, Cody, and team are extremely knowledgable and fair. They will take the time to get your car fixed right, and also save you some money vs the other shops around town. Altamont has kept our old Rav4 running great over the years, at a fraction of the cost the dealership originally quoted us for repairs. Altamont rocks.”
