June 18th 2024 around 3:15 pm I watched your truck run a red light near the ingles closest to you, also it was followed by an SUV that also blew through the light behind it. They both turned in to the parking lot for your facility. Someone could have been killed because you needed to get there 1/2 of a second sooner. Shame on on both of you. I have turned my dash cam video over to the police and I hope both of you are ticketed. Will never recommend you.

I few months ago I decided to sell my house and move. I needed a storage unit and found MorningStar. I met Lana when I went in to sign up for a unit. She took wonderful care of me. Lana has a bubbly personality and I found her so easy to talk to. Every time I stop by to store something, I am greeted with a wave and a big smile. I was in retail management for 40 years, and would have loved having Lana on my team. She is an asset to MorningStar.

Wendy, Steve, & Carol are professional, friendly, positive, and very knowledgeable about Morningstar, the units, and what is available, & possible. They help make the process seamless. Thank you so much for the “free for a day”, Moving van, blankets & dolly, too. It was all much needed & so very helpful, for our move in! We moved from 2 units at another Storage facility, in the area, to 2 units with Morningstar- for a better overall situation in every way (the area is paved, cameras everywhere, security codes to entry doors & gates, “tight humidity & climate control”, restrooms,24-7 access, all ground level- & no need for elevators (a plus) & staff are available in the on-site office, to answer questions, or take a look at your unit, during business hours. The moving van was clean/ in good working order, drove well, and very useful. (I reserved it 3 weeks prior, for the day I needed it,& they told me in advance, this was necessary, in order to get it, the day I needed it). Thanks you all! We highly recommend Morningstar Storage & appreciate you all so much! A-1! Thank you! -Kelly

Had a great experience here renting a unit-needed to get it done and Wendy (the manager) made it happen fast and painlessly.This facility may have only first floor units, which I like. Security is really good and the location is very handy off Long Shoals road.

Great monthly parking spot for access to both Asheville and Hendersonville. The crew are amazing and take great care of their customers. Highly recommend and will use again without hesitation!
