5 Stars. The MobileLife store is clean, bright, and has absolutely everything you need. Shane is very accommodating, knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly operates with the customer's best interest at heart. Great location whether you are coming from town of just arriving at the Asheville/Fletcher airport.
The transport chair Shane recommended was clean, like new, lightweight and functioned perfectly.
I happily recommend them to everyone.

We gathered in Asheville for a family trip with my sisters and aunt. With all of us being senior and two of the group having handicaps, we decided we had to have scooters to get around the Biltmore gardens and grounds. I contacted MobileLife to rent scooters and they were so very helpful from the moment I called. They went through careful instructions on the breakdown and re-assembly of these scooters; had batteries fully charged and let me try them before finalizing. In addition, they accommodated me picking them up the evening before so we could get an early start the next day and worked through our return on the weekend. Good friendly service and the scooters were excellent!!! BTW, the Biltmore grounds are not very handicap friendly, many times we were having to take a road to get to the next section of gardens or the house; the Walled Gardens had stairs that kept some sections unaccessible. . Also, from the gardens to the house there were stairs and no other accommodation. Within the house, the Biltmore did have an elevator to use. There was no way our group could have done the Biltmore tours without these scooters!!!

I would highly recommended this business. My mom recently had shoulder surgery and she needed a recliner with a lift. Shane was super helpful with our rental. He stayed on top of the rental and delivery process with emails, phone calls and great follow through! He was very professional and delivered and picked up the chair on time! I give this business 5 stars and would definitely use them again for renting any medical equipment. They have many different items including comfort power lift chairs , knee scooters, chair scooters and they also install lift chairs (for stairs) in your home. Couldn’t be any happier with the process!

I wholeheartedly recommend Mobile Life Mobility of Asheville. We needed a short-term wheelchair for a family member recovering from surgery, and Shane at Mobile Life went above and beyond to help. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. When we needed the wheelchair a little longer, he was extremely co-operative and accommodating. If you're looking for home medical equipment in the Asheville area, look no further!

The company offers a electric scooter for rental, & it was well worth the rental. Shane was my contact person & he couldn't be nicer. Delivered it to our hotel and informed me how to use it. However the point of contact would be leave a message or email & they would get back with you. The scooter was nice & kept its charge so I could see the Biltmore Estate, NC Arboretum, & the WNC Nature Center, all in 2 days, otherwise we would not have seen so much. We had to leave but Shane said he would pick it up from the hotel. The staff at the Glo Best Western saiad that wouldn't be a problem. Thanks to all the wonderful people who made our trip to Asheville so memorable.

Helped my Folks match up and install a Wheelchair Scooter Lift on their truck and installed a Wheelchair Ramp for them as well. Recommend their services and they were at a fair price.
