“Went in late morning on a Sunday with severe cough and sore throat. Wait time was 5 min before going back and 10 min before I saw PA. This is 3rd time I've come here when I or hubby couldn't wait to see regular Dr and all 3 times we've had nothing but a great experience. Maybe we've just hit it at the right times but we've never waiting. Staff is helpful, friendly, listens and asks good questions. Facility is clean. Ditch the TV in the waiting room ... even for 5 minutes droning on and on about something no one cares about is tedious - especially when you don't feel well. Do some nature videos or something!!!”
