I placed my order with Rob by phone. Which, on my part, took a few phone calls, but Rob was patient and answered all my questions and made suggestions to fit my needs. He handled the process of my purchase professionally, and with no pressure. Today, my mattress was delivered by Charlie and Brent, who did a great job removing my old mattress and setting up the new one. They were so friendly, conscientious, and accomodating, I just had to call the store and tell them how much I appreciated them. Definitely will purchase from this Mattress Man in Arden again in the future. Thanks so much to all!

Awesome experience! Both of the owners of the Arden and Hendersonville stores were so helpful. Their prices were WAY better than Mattress firm and the service was excellent. Always love supporting family owned businesses. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. There was an issue with my delivery, but they made things right and were very apologetic. Very professional and considerate towards the situation is why I give them 5 stars.
I was traveling to set my brother up in a facility for himself and he loves his new bed. Excellent quality mattress. Good place to shop.

I wouldn't recommend this place to buy a mattress when my husband and I went to buy a mattress on April 24, 2024, we applied for credit and was denied, but when we went over to mattress firm we applied for credit and was approved, they use the same credit system, so see the guy that waited on us lost a big sale. But we're happy that are new mattress will be delivered today.

Adam Dowers is very knowledgeable about mattresses. We were not satisfied with the first mattress we bought. When we told him the specific issues, he took great measures to find us a mattress that was best for us. He gave us several different options without any sales pressure. He enabled us to choose the right one that was most comfortable. We highly recommend Mattress Man for good competitive pricing. Especially give Adam high marks for his professionalism.

Rob was professional but chill, knew the products well, listened to my uneducated descriptions and on the 3rd bed nailed it. I was dreading this but 20 minutes after popping in there I was done. And the sale price includes delivery of the new mattress and disposal of the old one.

I called Mattress Man in Arden to explore purchasing motion base. Spoke with Adam who carefully and fully answered all my questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable but relaxed and friendly as well. He shared some history of the store as well. I look forward to working with Mattress Man.

I wanted to write this review as soon as we left the store, but life got crazy. We were about to give up on buying a new mattress when we decided to just try Mattress Man. It was, from the moment we walked in, a great experience. The store manager Rob was incredibly patient as we tried every mattress. He took time to explain the features of each and all the different options. From start to finish, his customer service was fantastic. I even came in after we purchased our mattress to ask about bed frames and what would work best with the base we had. He looked at pictures and explained how it would work. I hate that it took me so long to get this review written, but I just had to do it given what great a job Rob did in taking care of us! So, thanks, Rob!
