I come for the second time in a month, the fitting room is always closed, and it’s only 4 pm. The answer at the checkout no longer works. It’s okay that I spent an hour choosing things and there was nowhere to try them on. terrible attitude, you should hang a sign in front of the entrance so that people don’t waste their time.

Solid selection of athletic casual but incessant and intractable associates at checkout pushing their credit card. If someone says no please move on. No one should have to say “no” 10 times and demand to pay and leave. I will not be back.

Ihad bad service at checkout. They had 4 cashiers, including the manager, running 3 registers. The line was moving good then when they were down to 3 of us in line they just stopped taking any other customers and started talking and straightening up behind the register..after 10 minutes the guy behind me laid down about $100 of merch....cursed and left...then the women in front of me got really angry and threw her shoes down and left....I was all by myself in line...The guy behind the counter made eye contact with me and kept on doing other things...I left...worst experience I have ever had at Marshalls..just us 3 people cost them about $300 in business

Such a great staff at the Arden Marshall's. Always so friendly and helpful, especially Katie! The holiday shopping lines are insanely long, but this crew isn't messing around...they moved it along very fast!
