Kelsey was excellent to work with! She's very knowledgable and responsive. She understood what we were looking for in a home and she steered us in the right direction. Both she and Liz took the time to show us homes that we wanted to see and were very patient. If you’re looking for a realtor in WNC look no further. Kelsey was so helpful to us during the process of finding and purchasing our lot. At first I was concerned about purchasing a lot with a HOA but she was great explaining what different HOA’s cover and how it adds value to your lot. This prevented us from purchasing a lot with an HOA that was not actively taking care of the surrounding property. Kelsey recommended several other options and we ended up going with the a lot in a subdivision she recommended to us. She was always responsive and good about staying on time of other individuals involved in the process. She went above and beyond and had even made herself available to us after our purchase. I am completely satisfied with the outcome of working with her and have already mentioned her name to others around us possibly looking for a realtor. We got Kelsey’s name from the compass realtor that helped us sell our home. Overall working with compass has been great. They are very thorough in their work and professional and go beyond what most firms will do.

Kelsey was amazing! She helped us close on the house of our dreams, in the location we wanted, in a safe neighborhood, while having a limited budget! We really appreciated her flexibility as we were not too sure about what we were looking for at first, and pivoting with us when going in a different direction. Her wealth of knowledge and experience is huge, about the area and the industry. She was friendly and trustworthy, we couldn't recommend her more!

We were purchasing our home long distance which presented us with many challenges that they overcame expertly.Even when we weren’t sure what we were looking for, Kelsey was patient and guided us through the process . We cannot say enough good things about Kelsey. We were looking to buy a home in another state and she was there for us every step of the way. There's no way we would have been able to do this without her. She went above and beyond to make sure we "saw" each home we expressed interest in. Kelsey recently helped me purchase my lovely new home in N. Asheville, where I just moved from out of state. She was, in a word, wonderful. She listened to my preferences and concerns and came up with a great slate of houses to look at. She and her assistant Liz provided valuable information about neighborhoods and trends in property values so that I could make the best choice. Kelsey also helped me negotiate a fair price and get an adjustment when we discovered the need for radon abatement. I never felt pressured, and I felt completely supported throughout the process. I would recommend her to anyone.

Wonderful experience! I was really impressed by how excellent Kelsey’s communication was. I knew right away that she was the go getter I needed to find the perfect home for me. Kelsey was really interested in getting to know what I was looking for in my new home and was patient with me while I sorted it out. She went above and beyond several times looking at home through video when I was out of town. Once we found the right home she facilitated a smooth and swift closing and even after closing is remaining available for follow up. I would highly recommend her and am so happy I found her!
